Correction Perhaps the military wasn’t up to knowledge about citizenship requirements(sarcasm). By the way my brother was killed on Okinawa in WWII. I visited Okinawa in _1995__ to honor all those that died in that battle but especially the infantry soldiers. I almost got lost in that huge market in Naha.

“Three types of citizenship are recognized by our government: native born; naturalized; and citizen-by-statute. All have equal rights. All can serve in Congress, either as a Representative in the House, or as a Senator in the Senate.

This definition is supplied in the Supreme Court decision and holding of Miner v. Happersett (1974). It has been used in a minimum of 25 SCOTUS cases.”

I don't think there is any likelihood of 'world financial collapse', in fact, probably the opposite would occur, if 0bama was thrown out of office due to ineligibility. However, it is likely there would be a Republican resurgence and most of his executive and legislative legacy such as the health care takeover would be discarded or nullified if it hadn't been previously due to other causes.
Well it does apply to some people differently than others, and that is just a plain and simple fact.
Consider AIG lost 2 billion and the Senate wants to launch an investigation, on the other hand former Senator John Corzine misplaced 1.7 Billion and all he had to do was say I have no idea where that money went before we filed bankruptcy.

Incredible that we have a Prez whose self-made myth, is more real to him; and his disciples; than is his reality.
More incredible; that we have 'Leadership' that has allowed such abuse of our Constitution. And a MSM; who care not a whit about the 'truth of the matter'.

He contacted the firm's owner, who instantly recalled the exact situation 21 years ago that resulted in this unfortunate typographic error.
