Newt leads Romney among women 30-28.
Newtzilla! No one can stop him! MANSTA!!!!!
If this poll holds, then Romney is finished in the south. And maybe finished in the entire country too.
Newt seems poised to break over 50% on the Florida Primary Intrade Contract (he’s now at 45%):

By contrast, Newt didn’t get this high on the South Carolina contract until Friday, the day before the primary.
And here’s the Newsmax story on this poll:

That's an awesome Ping List.... which is it, and if possible, may I please join it??
Thank you Sir, and God Bless you!
What’s interesting is that Paul and Santorum are actually pulling votes away from Romney far more than they take away from Newt. Newt is pretty much consistently in the 30s across all demos, but on the demos where Paul or Santorum surge, Romney’s numbers crumble. To me this says Newt has taken on a life of his own. He is now the frontrunner and the rest are battling it out as the non-Newts. Newt is now the acceptable standard-bearer of the party, and everyone else is competing for fringe tastes. No idea if these poll numbers will hold up, but obviously with each passing week, the race is likely to get less volatile and these numbers are likely to settle in place.
WOW!
If this poll holds, then Romney is finished in the south. And maybe finished in the entire country too.I hope so. Because a GOP nominee Romney would put the entire south into play. He must be stopped now.
W00T!!
A woot for Newt means the pit for Mitt.
I took a look a few minutes ago and they had Mittens on doing his best going negative on Gingrich.
They have been keeping things real quiet regarding this surge for Newt apparently. i came across a Marist poll done December 8, 2011 that showed Newt up by 15 points in Florida back then, and a 20 point lead in South Carolina back then as well. Not too sure on the accuracy of Marist polls, but found it interesting, as if it is accurate, early voting and absentee ballots have been coming back already here, I believe I saw 200,000 already listed, and that would totally bode well for Newt.
I am adding one more to the fold in the primary season this year- my youngest is champing at the bit to vote for the first time- shiny new voter ID hanging on the fridge, so I guess we will go tomorrow....
GO NEWTON LEROY!
Add me to the Big Kahuna’s list too! This is going to be a great ride.
Woooo-hooooo. It is the grass roots folks. The Tea Party people. “We the people” who are pulling this off. Networking, the Internet, phone calls and conversations, neighbor to neighbor is what is doing it. We are choosing our candidate not the RINO establishment. GO NEWT GO!
PS: Better put Glenn Beck on suicide watch. He will probably be stark raving mad on tomorrows show which I will not be listening to.
Not necessarily. Mitt willwin Michigan, Nevada, Colorado, and Utah. By the time Super Tuesday gets here, yhe media will be back to inevitability. This thing is going long past Florida.
