Before 9/11, we were spending $40 billion a year, and the FBI was producing numerous information about people being trained on airplanes, to fly them but not land them. And they totally ignored them. So it’s the inefficiency of the bureaucracy that is the problem. So, increasing this with the Department of Homeland Security and spending more money doesn’t absolve us of the problem. Yes, we have every right in the world to know something about intelligence gathering. But we have to have intelligent people interpreting this information.

As for sex etc, he has said he feels that Govt should not tell people what they can have sex with. Now the question is of he feels that then does he want to get rid of incest, etc because believe it or not there has been Paul loons saying yes and govt should not decide what you can marry or have sex with, infact one poster now banned a couple of years ago was asked this and he said so what if a father wants sex with his daughter.
Now I’m not saying you but do you see where the majority on both sides feel and think Paul is a nut and some of his supporters are especially how they act and how they go to other rallies shouting down opponents?
Paul probably does not see the authority in the US Constitution to ban sexual behavior. That power is explicitly given to the states via the ten amendment. If bestiality is a problem in your state write your state reps and no doubt something will be done about.

All well and good shouting Govt should not tell others where, what and who they can have sex with and then when asked how about animals, kids, siblings etc they won’t answer or say well Govt should make laws for that.

In other words, Paul thinks that it's perfectly all right for states to endorse bestiality, pedophilia or whatever form of perversion they want. What Paul ignores is that when a couple of "married" sodomites move to another state with the goat they share a bed with, a federal issue is created regarding whether their "marriage" and goat fetish is recognized in that state.
Paul will go along with ANYTHING to continue to enjoy the support of his perverse followers.

On the sex thing. The Constitution protect liberty via the bill of rights. It is not a penal code and gives to the states the power of writing their own a penal code. The federal government only role to play in this is insuring that a state penal code does not violate the bill of rights.
Paul gets into trouble by using the same logic on abortion, he says leave it to the states. but as many have pointed out if you are pro life then abortion is murder and it deprives a person of their right to life which is protected under the constitution. I side with the pro life side of this argument. But all Congress has to do it write a statute they defines an unborn child as a person and then the unborn would be under constitutional protection and the arguments would go away.
Since opponents of Paul know he will not ban behavior at the federal level they falsely claim that he approves of the behavior. It is a lie and a distortion.
