Stephen Breyer - 73 years old
Clarence Thomas - 63 years old
Samuel Alito - 61 years old
Sonia Sotomayor - 57 years old
John Roberts - 56 years old
Elena Kagan - 51 years old
And of course there are unknown factors not related to age.
Too bad no one is offering anyone I can support so far.
I really wish the GOP would just present electable candidates instead of resorting to scaremongering. If they did that, no one would have to worry about people sitting out the election.
If I vote for the GOP nominee this time, these will be the only reasons I do so. (Unless by some stretch a Conservative actually wins the nomination).
I put no faith in the electoral process any more. Neither party supports anyone who supports our traditional system of government. I'm just waiting for the war. Voting is for suckers who fail to see how rigged the game really is.
Forget conservative judges, Mitt Romney doesn’t even prefer mere Republicans for judge positions, only about 25% of his judges were Republicans.

I hear you loud and clear, EV. I’m not thrilled with anyone. But I’m going to hold my nose and vote GOP. Unfortunately, by the time the California primary is held, it may already be decided. :(
Romney would, of course appoint conservative strict constructionists in the tradition of Earl Warren, William Brennan, Harry Blackmun, and David Souter, all appointed by Republicans.
I get what you’re saying, EV. Even if we have a Republican president, his picks still have to be properly vetted or we get another lib anyway.

Frankly, we’re not going to rein in the courts until we have legislators who are willing to impeach and remove the tyrants every time they step outside their legitimate bounds or abrogate their sworn oaths to support and defend the Constitution.
Governor Willard Flopney appoints almost all liberal judges.
So he’s out of consideration. Period.
In a national venue, I have no idea who Romney would pick if he were president - and neither does anyone else here. Unfortunately, I’m a pessimist so I fear the worst.
I don’t really like anyone in the field, either. But sitting at home and refusing to vote for a flawed candidate in November is a vote for Obama.
We must take back not only the White House, but also the Senate, where nominees are confirmed.
The Presidential election is for a four-year term. Those justices serve for life.
We had seven such judges here in my state who inflicted sodomite fake marriage on us. They decided they had the legislative and the executive power, and that they didn’t have to follow the constitution or the laws.
We the People threw three of them out in the last retention election, and we would have impeached the other four, given the chance. One of our few trustworthy legislators filed the impeachment resolutions in the last session. But the Republican leadership deep-sixed them.
Sorry, but we’re now saddled with a one-party system, even if they do wear two different masks at election time.
Believing promises from Republicans at this point would be akin to believing Bill Clinton if he told you he was now committed to marital fidelity.

I quit believing those promises, or listening to the Republican scare-mongering, a very long time ago.
Not gonna sit it out. But not gonna vote for a RINO. Will vote Third Party.
Scare tactics no longer work on us. If they did, there would be no Tea Party.
