Obama's BC says it's an "abstract," it's on modern computer paper, and it's dated "April 25 2011."

I don't consider myself to be a "birther," but I am not a fool either.
The document that Obama released today says that it is an "abstract" of the record on file.
In law, an "abstract" is defined as "a brief statement that contains the most important points of a long legal document or of several related legal papers."
So it's not the actual form.
Also, it's printed on modern computer paper.
And it's dated "April 25 2011."

And on the bottom of is missing ... Where is the Director of Health’s signature? Where is the Registrar General signature?

Where’s the state seal?? Mine has a seal!!

Do you know why all of the typed information would be surrounded by white rectangles? I would think that a photocopy onto security paper would put black typing directly on the security paper.

Im looking at mine now “Certified Copy of an Original Document” Certified as an exact reproduction by the State Registrar . . with the date of certification and the DOH SEAL
It’s all handwritten, the DR. signed it the next day and recd by registrar 7 days later. Just FYI. The seal is visible both front and back side and also to the touch on both sides.

Any idea why the old typewriter font appears on the modern security paper?

To keep things in order, we should call the first COLB released *Trickery* and the one released today *Deceit*.
*Trickery* and *Deceit* are both bogus.

It's an image, retrieved from microfilm or microfiche, printed onto security paper, certified on April 25, 2011.
This is the real deal, folks. You asked for the release of the long-form birth certificate, and you got it. Here it is. This shows the exact place of birth, which is what everyone said they wanted to see.
While it does prove that Obama was born in Hawaii, it also conclusively proves that Obama is not a natural born citizen, because it proves that his father, Barack H. Obama the Elder, was a British subject at the time of his birth.
Had someone else been the father of Barack H. Obama, II (a natural born or naturalized American citizen), then the matter would be closed. The current occupant of the White House would have been a natural born citizen because he would have inherited no other citizenship as a result of his birth.
But that's not the case here, unfortunately. We have a dual citizen, not a natural born citizen, serving as President, and the document released today conclusively proves that assertion.

Their divorce judgment is online. Why do you think they weren’t married? I don’t think the marriage was legal since he was already married to a woman in Kenya, though. But they still got a divorce.

This is clearly not a copy of his original long-form birth certificate.
And lots of posters on here today saying this issue is now dead. I suggest they grow a brain.

The “M” is pre-printed, like “19” used to be, in documents requiring a date. You’d just fill in the last two digits of the year.
“M” for meridian; ante or post needs filling in.

"race of father? African?" I agree
Africa is a continent not a RACE.
There are Caucasians in Africa along with Negros.

Here's the problem I have.
The mother is supposed to be in HI to sign this doc on 8/7/61, yet she is placed in Washington state roughly one maybe two weeks later.
In 1961 that would be virtually impossible, especially with a newborn.

Actually I’m looking at mine now and it does say “Standard Certificate of Live Birth” Issued in another jurisdiction and before 1961. As I noted earlier, it does bear a visible and touchable seal of certification as copy of an original and with the day of certification.
