Pull the Navy in to about four miles off the coast. Find some old rust bucket drill ship and put it in the middle of the fleet. Tell Daffy that it’s one of those new sideways-drilling ships and can drill for hundred of miles and we’re going to pump Libya dry and there isn’t a thing he can do about it. Heart attack that night for Daffy and this is all over.
