Far Left protester Patrick J. Knauf, 43, of Eau Claire was arrested on Wednesday for the violation of making a bomb scare under state statute 947.015.
He was released on a $3,000 signature bond.
On Wednesday a bomb threat was made at an aviation business in Eau Claire just hours after Governor Scott Walker spoke there. Police brought in a man who was protesting this week against the Republican governor. The Pierce County Herald reported:
An investigation continues into a bomb threat made this week at an aviation business in Eau Claire, just hours after Governor Scott Walker held a news conference there.
Authorities said a 43-year-old Eau Claire man allegedly called in a threat to Heartland Aviation on Wednesday evening. The facility is next to the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire. The man is free on a signature bond. No charges have been filed yet, but the man is due back in Chippewa County Circuit Court on April 19th.
Investigators said the man took part in public demonstrations at the airport on Monday and Wednesday. His home was searched yesterday, and police are checking phone records and interviewing people. Eau Claire Police have asked for tips with more information.
Amazing!
A bomb threat was called in on a Walker rally and the media doesnt report on it?
Unbelievable.
Civility.
The left-wing mainstream media DID NOT report this!
Question. If a left-wing protester makes a bomb threat and the media refused to report it, did it really happen?
Another shining example of liberal civility.
More like active sedition.
And yes I will keep saying it and saying it. The Public Union goons are going paste the point of no return.
I am sorry, but the police and firefighters may soon be facing having to make a choice...
Their job, which many are more than passionate about keeping...
or
the Unionistas.
This is exactly why there should be no unions for those who chose "public service sector" jobs.
He was released on a $3,000 signature bond.
The judge believed that a FAR LEFTIST terrorist was too stupid to make a working bomb, so he was no danger to the community, and was therefore released on bond.
He called in a bomb threat ~after~ the event with the Governor was over?
I don’t think this guy is totally clear on the concept...
But then, it was really only meant to shut up the Tea Party folks, radio talk show hosts, and FOX - so Left Wing and Muslim crazies don't count.
This is Obama’s vision of America... like demons banging on the gates of hell for release... it must be turned back, and hard!!!
No doubt he’s under the influence of Sarah Palin.
Just imagine if somebody with Tea Party Links had called in a similar threat to a Deval Patrick event. There would be wall-to-wall, non-stop coverage.
Oh my God - been at Heartland Aviation!!
But the liberals are peaceful, tolerant, pure.
Right?
Hours after.... It would be difficult to make a case that this threat was directed at Gov. Walker.
Speaking as an old TV reporter, we usually avoided reporting false bomb threats, because such reports only generated more of the same.
Well, well, well. The first protester is arrested.
Many more should follow.
If this had been a conservative then then Homeland Security would have already have carted them away as being a terrorist. They would not even be able to obtain legal representation.
There is a self-leveling mechanism built in, here. The left will continue to get away with crap like this, and be emboldened because they do. Being emboldened, they will escalate until doing something that will bring the house down around their ears.
Terrorism? Under the jail, no bond! Damn it!
Look for the union label.
