Governor Jan Brewer just announced ....on behalf of the State of Arizona, she is suing the Federal Government. There are 5 counts....1/ failure to achieve operational control over the Mexico/Arizona border...2/ failure to protect Arizona from invasion...to enforce immigration laws...

The person in this video is a professor (Ph.D.) at Yavapai College in Prescott , Arizona .. He puts a different spin on what is happening in Arizona and he repeats the important parts and speaks slowly enough to allow you to follow what he’s saying; must be why he’s rated highly by his students - 3.8 on a 4.0 scale.

This is what the loons on the left will be screaming, but not so fast there Kemo Sabe.
Looking closer at the tables in the link we see that deportations to Mexico have decreased from the Bush years and are now rising.
So Obama may be deporting more people nationally, but that may not apply to Arizona!
Did he have the whistle in his voice or was he talking jive? All depends on the crowd he’s addressing.

I was tempted to make this a Jan Brewer-centric comment.
Instead I would like to point out the way she has dealt with the Obama administration and urge other governors to band together with her to tell the feds to go straight to hell.
The unified governors have a lot of power. If they band together and tell this administration to stuff-it, they can make it stick.
So yes, Brewer is something else, kudos to her, but more importantly it is time for the governors to team up and stand unified against this rogue government.
United they should stand. The majority of governors are Republican. What are they waiting for?
What they’ve done on health care, is a great start. Now, on to the border issues.
They should join her suit against the feds as soon as the ink is dry.

If the courts mattered, we wouldn’t be implementing Obamacare and allowing offshore oil drilling.

This is exactly what needs to happen...
Problem is that even if she wins, how are the courts going to MAKE the executive branch enforce the law? Obama will ignore the ruling just like he ignored the Obamacare ruling.
Just do what they do with every other organization. They take it over and appoint an executor.
