SAN DIEGO John Tyner won't be pheasant hunting in South Dakota with his father-in-law any time soon.
Tyner was simultaneously thrown out of San Diego International Airport on Saturday morning for refusing to submit to a security check and threatened with a civil suit and $10,000 fine if he left.
And he got the whole thing on his cell phone. Well, the audio at least.
The 31-year-old Oceanside software programmer was supposed to leave from Lindbergh Field on Saturday morning and until a TSA agent directed him toward one of the recently installed full-body scanners, Tyner seemed to be on his way.

Passengers would have to pass through a little tunnel where they have recorded muslim/mohammed jokes and have some cartoons on the wall. Then you ask them a couple of nuanced questions before telling them which line to go in.
Most passengers could blow right through and proceed to their gate.
When were all air travelers drafted?
If these TSA people are really that intrusive does that mean passengers putting up with fondling/belittleling have no human dignity or does it mean they will give it up so easily.
And I am not talking about someone with a family emergency life/death trying to fly to see a dying loved one or get emergency medical care ect...
Or those who are not uncomfortable with intrusive pat downs.
I’m with him. The man is right.
TSA has gone far too far in a free country. This is unconstitutional. Plus, it’s stupid and invasive and certainly does not work.
"Badge" is the operate word. The mouth-breathers at TSA can relate well to badges.
Um, I think she’d probably opt-IN.
I remember what Patton did to a mule that was blocking a bridge.
I came here to make some sarcastic jokes. But I see you’re holding up the state-loving and authority-ass-kissing side of the argument just fine and my sarcasm is not needed here.
What other arbitrary exercises of state power to condition the sheep to arbitrary and idiotic rules make you feel like a better person than those who don’t want to go through it after you’ve gone through them?
“The Muzzies wouldnt let a dog sniff them. It would violate their religion.
Well, there you are. Perfect. Dog, grope or scan.
“Theres always a way for devices to get through. Looking for devices is not the way to stop this. Looking for TERRORISTS is the way to stop it.”
BINGO! I can’t think of a case where a machine caught a terrorist.
The key is keeping your mouth shut during these encounters. Keep answers short and don’t lose your temper. Its usually the mouth that escalates the issue.
I think being a TSA worker would be a miserable job. I bet they hate this crap. What happens if they can’t find anybody willing to be a TSA screener?
I’m waiting for them to say this is part of Obamacare. They can just call it a mandatory prostate exam and say they’re doing everyone a necessary health-saving service. Right.
And they could perform colonoscopies of everybody before they can board, pap tests, the whole thing.
That is so cool. LOL
“Imagine what Patton would do with that complainer?”
Complainer? Does that mean you like having your crotch fondled by strangers?
"The movement against TSAs systematic degradation of our nation seems to be gaining a bit of momentum; long overdue. A few lawmakers are making some noise. Lets hope it is not for show only."
>>I think it would be funnier, and creepier for the TSA hack, if you said, “lower. lower. faster. oh yeah. wait! wait! I’m not done!”. just saying.... <<]]
ONG!! That is excellent! Maybe add “just because you bought me dinner doesn’t mean you get to... wait! yes it DOES!”
lol. Can we train sheep to sniff out chemicals? Would the Muzzies let their hijab-clad women be sniffed all over by sheep?
“Can we train sheep to sniff out chemicals?”
Well they are doing pretty well at training a whole nation to be sheep.
