The NAACP is about to learn one of the most basic of all lessons in life — those who live in glass houses should avoid provoking a stone-throwing war. After the civil-rights organization threatened to issue a condemnation of Tea Party activism by equating it with racism (a position from which they ultimately retreated), Andrew Breitbart announced that he would publish at least one video of the NAACP itself cheering racism. Breitbart delivers on that promise today at Big Government, showing USDA official Shirley Sherrod explain to an appreciative NAACP audience in July 2009 how she deliberately withheld information from a white farmer in Georgia trying to save his land and his business:

I’m 53 and have owned many dogs.
I now have a 100 pound 10 month old Standard American Bulldog.
He is wary of blacks....even though I try to get him to chill

I have seen other dogs do this.
Something about the dark shade is unusual to them and alarms them..not that they (these particular black people most of whom work for me) have acted bad or smell fearful....well, who knows on the latter.
and my dog does fart....boy howdy
and yes I do indeed discriminate based on experiences...i just admit it...most numbnuts here are scared to or only see folks different than themselves on TV in fantasy based realities
I would bet I have lived as a white minority more than any freeper this side of Salisbury or Camden.
I am sometimg tempted to list races and ethnicities and my discrimination levels against each based on dealing with them...candidly
it varies markedly within groups depending on many factors but I can say I do get along best with and fear least Southern White Juedo Christians like myself...and educated Colombians
It does not depend on Holder you know. It is not a prosecution, it is a civil suit.It depends on the judge in whose federal court the camplaint is filed. Civil rights actions have unusual oversight in the administration of justice, to combat the very “good old boy” networks that used to intimidate black folk from going forward with Civil Rights complaints. These mechanisms can be used against Holder and his fascist coward running dogs.
I hope Mr. White Farmer sues at the earliest.

I could never understand how anyone black could be a communist/marxist, ‘enviro/humanist’ (against humanity and for ‘human’ eugenics or a muslim (hello, they still enslave blacks today).
This is what happens when history gets scrubbed, twisted and there’s a lack of family values/morals/tradition.
You said you discriminate, so do I, and so do we all. I discriminate among restaurants as one may serve a steak that is expensive and not very good as opposed to another restaurant that serves a fantastic steak that is also well priced.
This government employee however discriminated based on the color of a persons skin. She stated this in a public forum. She was in a position of power over this farmer due to the fact that she had the ability to help him or harm him. Either by helping him get money from you and I through taxes or conspiring to deny him those same funds that you create through taxes.
Maybe the numb-nuts here "think about it", but this government employee actually admitted to doing it. That is the difference. You claim you have been the white shadow more so than anyone else here, and that could be true. But that has no bearing on what this woman said, transpose the skin color and the wording, would the reaction be the same?
I own a business, since 1993 my operations director's have been a black woman, a black gay man and a gay white man. They were chosen because they were good at what they did and helped me make a lot of green, the only color I care about.
I believe more people than you imagine are colorblind. I want honest, hard working, trustworthy people around me, regardless of what color they are.
Clayton Bigsby... I think Dave Chapelle hit a perfect score on this sketch. It shows how utterly ludicrous color of skin is. Plus it is funny as hell.

Discrimination based on experience is one thing....I agree....all folks do it but this woman punished this white man because she is angry and resentful.
She has no fear of whites like whites would blacks

I used to work for subsidized housing and saw it ALL the time. The white case workers would go out of their way to help minority apps even though on the border of being over income. Whereas white apps wouldn’t get the “full force” of help, especially not from minority caseworkers. I also have a personal story:
I have two children (grown now). One is white and one is bi-racial. A LOOOOONG time ago I qualified for “reduced price school lunches” due to my income. My children are six years apart in age. I submitted a application for each one of them, same city school district, different schools (i.e. middle school and elementary school)
EVERY time I got an audit of my application for my child who is white, requesting “more information” bank statements, paystubs, etc.
But NEVER did I get an audit of my applications for my bi-racial child who appears “black.” EVER.
Same exact household, same exact income.
My bi-racial child was rubberstamped through every time. When I finally got tired of being audited EVERY time (I qualified for 3 years in a row), I brought this up to the school district who of course had NO answer. Supposedly it was a “random” audit!! Three times in a row. For the same non-minority child. And in this particular school district there were VERY few non-minority children so I suppose any of them that did qualify for programs were audited/turned down.
The fact of the matter is that any non-minority chid who didn’t qualify for reduced price lunch probably had the good sense to move out of the crime ridden school district.
I made that comment somewhat tongue-in-cheek in light of the DOJ dismissing the recent black panther case. I don’t put anything past this D.C. group of thugs. Who knows how far reaching their tentacles are. I don’t trust them.

It is also the 'instinct' of the male to procreate with any desirable female he encounters, no matter the age. Unwilling participants were clubbed and drug away to the cave.
Just like blatant racism, we have laws against rape. Most people KNOW the difference between right and wrong and even though they may have initial 'instincts', they have a BRAIN with which to control those instincts.
This wasn't a black woman's reaction to first encountering a WHITE person. She is and educated professional who was supposed to be following the law and doing her job.
She CHOSE to take those 'tribal instincts' and ENHANCE them. To convince others to do the same.
That is the issue here.
And now it would seem the Mexican Tribe (Brown Berets) is mimicking the acts of the ‘african-american’ tribe.

The school where my children (both white) attend is about split on white and minority, although I believe the minority are now about 60%. The majority of the children that attend here are eligible for free or reduced lunches. Although, we do not apply for any of the programs, we were encouraged to "apply anyway." I was told that simply applying helps the school.
Under the assumption that there was some sort of program that benefited the school for having parents participate, I applied for everything they threw at me. (This was our first year in a public school.)
Well, I got some of the nastiest rejection letters! lol There was no, "Dear Mrs. H., we regret to inform you that you do not meet eligibility blah, blah, blah..." Instead, we got letters stating that "Due to EXCESSIVE income...." rofl
It's not really excessive and I kinda resent the implication that it's a bad thing. lol Anyway, after that experience, I simply tell the school registration folks that we will not be applying because we make "excessive income." :D

Probably why they were so ticked off about that billboard in Iowa with Hitler/Obama/Lenin on it....hit too close to home!
They all can get royally ticked off. That billboard in Iowa should be on every Interstate exit in the nation.
Maybe it has something to do with the whole world being new and something to explore, of not having enough 'known' to distrust the unknown. In the absence of negative experiences, it is all just 'new'.

Actually, I tend to be polite and friendly to the hired help, wherever I go. I seldom have any problems.
I have had to deal with the general public in a couple of jobs, and that is no fun.
