It does not depend on Holder you know. It is not a prosecution, it is a civil suit.It depends on the judge in whose federal court the camplaint is filed. Civil rights actions have unusual oversight in the administration of justice, to combat the very “good old boy” networks that used to intimidate black folk from going forward with Civil Rights complaints. These mechanisms can be used against Holder and his fascist coward running dogs.
I hope Mr. White Farmer sues at the earliest.
I made that comment somewhat tongue-in-cheek in light of the DOJ dismissing the recent black panther case. I don’t put anything past this D.C. group of thugs. Who knows how far reaching their tentacles are. I don’t trust them.
