Thank you for remembering MadIvan. He was the one that helped me figure out how to sign up after lurking for over a year. All the old names people have brought up on this thread bring back so many memories. I agree with the other poster that said the class of ‘98 didn’t exactly make you want to jump in and post!! I haven’t gotten to come to fr daily like I used to— but my mom, MEG33 represents the family well! MadIvan, if you are out there I have never forgotten your kindness and help!

I had great respect for OWK. He did in fact know and was far above the average Free Republic intellect. There are almost none here now that could match his mind.

According to you, bert. I was not so impressed by OWK, who seemed to be more pomp than circumstance; I use a different criteria, an objective criteria, bert, which is vastly different from what most ppl use.

DITHF, I remember that fraud and all of his enablers (CaL) very well. The FR has a long history of posers putting forward tales of stolen valor. Challenge them for details.
