Truly amazing: the power of Glenn Beck. He mentioned A Patriot's History of the U.S. today on his radio show, then again on the TV show, and lo and behold, #1.
Big stuff happening. Can't tell all yet, but watch our web pages, www.patriotshistoryusa.com and www.rockinthewall.com.
Oh, and if anyone knows how to do a screen saver, I'd like to bronze this one.
You go! Congrats!
Congratulations!
I have had your book for several years. Just noticed that it has been added to my son’s Classical Conversations homeschool curriculum in the debate section. The word is out about smart Freepers passing their knowledge to the next generation.
I’m reading it now. I reserved it on my library’s website the day you were on his show and picked it up the next day. I may have to get my own copy.;-) Congratulations!
I heard Mark Levin mention your book tonight. Best of luck with it!
Larry! I’m so proud of you :) AND all the smart people who are buying your book.
Great news FRiend!
#1 at Amazon...nice to have that in common with Sarah Palin.
Congratulations Larry! I recommend your book often and also lend out my copy any chance I get. Especially to young folks who are majoring in history in college.
Well done :)
Fantastic!
Congratulations!
*PING* see this was one of the episodes I watched of Beck’s, only to find out later that a FREEPER was one of the guest authors! (the user, “LS” who started this thread)
LS’s book, “A Patriot’s History of the United States” is now #1 on Amazon.com!
On Glenn’s first show THIS year, Glenn had a table that was full of books that he said that he read in all of 2009 in order to do his show. Does anyone have an idea where I could find a complete list of those books? Thank you.
I am going to put a plug in here for any Freeper who has not read it yet!
It is a great book.
As disgusted as I felt for the first time when I began to read Howard Zinn’s book ‘A People’s History of The United States”, in stark contrast I was uplifted, entertained and educated by “A Patriot’s History of The United States”.
I particularly enjoyed the sections covering the end of the Civil War to the beginning of The First World War...it was a hole in my education, nicely filled by LS’s book.
Congrats! I got the Kindle version right after Glenn mentioned it. Now I can access it from my portable library whenever I like!! Looking forward to a great read.
Wonderful. I watched the show today and heard him mention your book!
Good on ya.
That is phenomenal. I am very proud of you. Congratulations.
GREAT!!!!! Way to go, Larry! Put me on that long list, too. I have A LOT of books to get thru! ;-)
