Actually my question and the others, has with warped speed calculated up to the quadrillion cost question. This is NO accident... but hey we sure don't want those clean hands to get dirty or any of those so called 'conservatives' to be embarrassed by costly questions.
It seems everything rotates around Zero's refusal to release his birth record. If he released it we would be able to know what hospital he was born in.

No. NBC means that BOTH parents must be American citizens. Obama Sr.wasn’t an Americian citizen so he should be put out on his ear on that issue alone. Hussein only claims he is a “native” citizen which would be the truth if he indeed were born in Hawaii, but that doesn’t make him eligible per the US Constitution which requires natural born citizenship.
If he didn’t learn this at Harvard or during his Senate time, then he certainly learned this distinction when he sat on the six member Senate committee that reviewed and cleared up the question that his opponent, McCain’s, “natural born citizen” status. Read the Senate Resolution 511 linked below at Sen. Leahy’s (democrat) site. It’s short and eye opening.

As I have pointed out here, the B.C. is a distraction smoke screen and a Red Herring. The real issue is Mr. Obama Sr. (if he is recorded as his father on the B.C.?) being a Kenyan/British/E.U. citizen plus the Indonesian adoption!!!
Minor v. Happersett - yes, it’s been mentioned on FR but not fully hashed out. I don’t see how, if this was decided by the SCOTUS then they did indeed give a definition of the term NBC.

Very few people “remember him”. He doesn’t have much of a “paper trail”. He won’t release records, IMHO, because some of them might not “exist” (or are false). I know more about the Mailman than I do him.
No hospital wants to “claim” him as a birthplace. Bizarre. IMHO, that’s because they either know he wasn’t born at their hospital, even though he said so, or they can’t find any “proof”.
If he did release one without a daddy, then how is he gonna 'plain why he tried to snooker the American voter with that COLB with a daddy listed on his website? He's in a Catch 22.

There are others on this thread that say no, even if he were born in Hawaii, he still cannot be considered 'Natural Born' because both of his parents would have to have been U.S. citizens at the time, what say you?

The B.C. is not a red herring. If it is discovered that he was indeed born in Mobassa, Kenya, this will be like a nuke going off.

I believe that the foremost argument is that both his parents weren’t citizens, make him a citizen but not a NATURAL BORN, which means he shouldn’t be there. I’ve heard arguments that McCain shouldn’t have been allowed to run either.
Now, if he doesn’t have a daddy listed on his BC, and he was actually born in HI, I guess since no daddy would be identified, he would be a Natural Born. But he’s identified his daddy, and he was a British Citizen, so if the MSM and the Repubs had brought this up (to the unwashed masses), Barry shouldn’t be sitting there. I think just about every Constitutional lawyer would know that.
