No. NBC means that BOTH parents must be American citizens. Obama Sr.wasn’t an Americian citizen so he should be put out on his ear on that issue alone. Hussein only claims he is a “native” citizen which would be the truth if he indeed were born in Hawaii, but that doesn’t make him eligible per the US Constitution which requires natural born citizenship.
If he didn’t learn this at Harvard or during his Senate time, then he certainly learned this distinction when he sat on the six member Senate committee that reviewed and cleared up the question that his opponent, McCain’s, “natural born citizen” status. Read the Senate Resolution 511 linked below at Sen. Leahy’s (democrat) site. It’s short and eye opening.
