Malzberg on now fiercely blasting O’Reilly, Beck, CNN for trying to summarily dismiss this as a bogus issue. Kuhner so far has had nothing but birthers on, lol, he seems to be the only anti-birther, is he playing a straw man? I sure would’ve liked to have heard a honest debate on the pros and the cons of this argument, but so far it’s been all one sided.
What about Obama’s parents and grandparents? Isn’t it a fact that if both Obama’s mother and father and all 4 of his grandparents were not Native Born Citizens, then he can’t be a Native Born Citizen?
The following is the information Steve Maltsberg was just referring to a minute ago about Percy Sutton raising money fro Obama’s harvard law School education and that effort possibly being tied to the Saudi’s. It was tied to the Saudi’s alright, the Saudi Royal family (see below):
1987 Bill Ayers solicits Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour (a.k.a. Donald Warden) to raise money for Obama’s Harvard Law School education. al-Mansour is an orthodox Muslim, a black nationalist, an outspoken enemy of Israel, and mentor to Black Panther Party founder Huey Newton and his cohort, Bobby Seale. At the time al-Mansour associate Percy Sutton was raising money for Obama’s education, al-Mansour was the top financial advisor to mega-billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal of the Saudi royal family.
For those not familiar, this is a road well traveled. An opposing party looking for a short cut to get rid of a sitting president they don't want is not a new concept.
Did you ever read the amount of information the lefties compiled in the so-called “PlameGate” fiasco?
In that case there was a special prosecutor (Patrick Fitgerald) and a cast of characters that included a CIA agent, her ambassador husband, President Bush, VP Cheney, Scooter Libby, Karl Rove, Bob Novak, and many others.
The lefties were certain that Bush, Cheney and/or Rove would be charged with treason for outing a CIA agent and frog-marched into the federal pen.
Only one problem. What they believed to be legal certainties and iron-clad evidence ran headlong into the buzzsaw of a courtroom, where the “proof” has to be proved. Where the other side gets to refute evidence.
I've followed the BC topic since the Dem primaries. (You don't think Bill Clinton would have used this to get his wife elected so he could have access to Whitehouse interns again?) I see alot of speculation about legal outcomes that would never make their way to adjudication.
If this subject ever went anywhere, it would only be resolved politically, not judicially, and since I don't believe that either party would impeach the first sitting black president over a birth certificate technicality, I think the people who persisted in pushing it would get blamed and it would be conservatives that would pay the political toll.

Why aren’t Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, and Glen Beck interested in searching down the truth about Obama’s birth?
Do you mean Natural Born Citizen? No, NBC goes only back to the parents (plural with an S). Both parents must be citizens. Grandparents aren’t in the picture.

I’ve already done some fishing and have the evidence to back what I’m saying. There has been forgery and extortion by Obama and his lawyers, and a multitude of laws broken by the folks in Hawaii.
