Websites should be obliged to remove "false rumors" while libel laws should be altered to make it easier to sue for spreading such "rumors," argued Cass Sunstein, Obama's regulatory czar.
In his recently released book, "On Rumors," Sunstein specifically cited as a primary example of "absurd" and "hateful" remarks, reports by "right-wing websites" alleging an association between President Obama and Weatherman terrorist Bill Ayers.
He also singled out radio talker Sean Hannity for "attacking" Obama regarding the president's "alleged associations."

Oh, do bring this to court! The discovery phase would be most interesting indeed. I, for one, would make sure to have extra popcorn on hand to munch as Obama is put under oath to testify regarding his relationship with Ayers.

Bill Clinton told lies saying that Talk Radio was responsible for the OKC bombing and that there was a conspiracy to burn down minority churches in the South in the 1990s.
Bill Clinton made enough stink out of the second rumor that he put the FBI on a wild goosechase over it taking them off of GENUINE threats like the domestic training of the 9-11 terrorists.
The evidence does seem to point to that, and I believe putting Obama under oath to testify about it would be most amusing...and then, of course, make sure all the associated documentation and supporting witnesses are also deposed. It is very likely to come out that the "first author" is just another in a long line of political frauds.

The Kennedys ran with gangsters. Pappy had been a gangster who got rich bootlegging. JFK was banging a gangster's moll. There are questions about the Chicago ballots. And the most important reason why the public should investigate if Marilyn Monroe was murdered and if the Kennedys (and associates) tampered with the crime scene is... if they can kill a big boxoffice star (who they are already linked to) and get away with it, then they could whack anyone including "nobodies".
