Another e-mail from info@barackobama.com hit my inbox yesterday. The subject: Sarah Palin.
It begins: "Right now, Sarah Palin is on a highly publicized, nationwide book tour, attacking President Obama and his plan for health reform at every turn."
The mail goes on to say "It's dangerous. Remember, this is the person who coined the term "Death Panels" -- and opened the flood gates for months of false attacks by special interests and partisan extremists."
"Whatever lie comes next will be widely covered by the media, then constantly echoed by right-wing attack groups and others who are trying to defeat reform."
"So we're setting a big goal: $500,000 in the next week to help push back against Sarah Palin and her allies.....We need to be prepared. And we're counting on you help. Can you chip in $5?"
So it has come to this: a sitting president soliciting donations for counter-attack ads on a former VP nominee hockey mom that most of the mainstream media rediculed in the last election. If her claims are so outrageous, why bother spending the money to respond? Maybe because a lot of people are listening to her, and many of them might just agree with what she is saying.

Diminishing the significance of the provision for incarceration of US citizens for failing to buy health insurance or pay the tax, and failing to recognize that this is something that has NEVER been mandated for health care in the history of our country until now, while encouraging people to NOT listen to Palin’s valid points about it, makes this author sound like just one more media hack.

A sitting President sitting behind the bully pulpit pleads for donations to "push back" against a private citizen.
Granted, the moonbat left will no doubt pony up. But did Reagan ever beg for money to fight off, say, Sam Donaldson?
Why is a sitting President doing this at all?
If Obamacare were so good for us it would speak for itself and not need donations to refute an attack.
This has to be the most disgusting thing I have seen a country out of work and any real hope and the POTUS asks for $5?

There are tons of muslims in the middle east that will send him the money. It's supposed to be illegal, but that didn't stop them during the presidential election... they just buy up pre paid debit cards and contribute with them.

Every day I talk to anyone I meet about this loser of a president. I’m not rude, pushy or obnoxious...just factual. As Joe Friday used to say “Just the facts, mam, just the facts.” If we all talk to enough people we can get them thinking, if they aren’t already. Nobama...you are the ULTIMATE loser.
