Casual yet pointed acknowledgement to someone in (or sometimes NOT in, but should be in) a crowd or group. It's like waving to someone or at the camera and saying, "Hi, mom!" before giving your address to the audience.

O’Reilly and Hannity might actually be worth watching tonight; just for their reactions...especially Bill.

Bill O'Reilly is not likely to mention it. And even if he does it will only be to dismiss it as "right-wing paranoia" or such. Hannity, although he misses a lot of important stuff, is much better than O'Reilly on exposing Obama's radicalism and other various faults. O'Reilly helps Obama more than he hurts him.
