You might think a posthumous Medal of Honor award ceremony would be a somber occasion, but not everyone would agree with you. Either this is an especially skillful photo shop effort or Michelle Obama has no clue whatsoever about the nature of this event. U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Jared C. Monti’s parents received the award for him. I hope they didn’t notice the first lady’s stunningly inappropriate dress, but that’s unlikely.

That choice was deliberate. Advisors wouldn’t allow that much stupidity to step in front of a camera, and even a stupid woman knows tartwear when she sees it.

It is nice, for a wedding. Tacky when it comes to a posthumous military medal award ceremony. Is ANYBODY giving this woman etiquette or lessons on decent and respectful attire when appropriate?
As great as those photos are, you still do not get the greatness of that that lady from them. She came to a campaign event in South Florida in 2004 and was very fortunate to be right at the rope line.
There was an air about her that defies words. The way she carried herself and the aura that washed off of her in waves was inspiring. There is not one iota of fake in that lady.
OTOH, MO walks like a horse with a bad shoe and sounds like an angry wounded mule when she talks. And Lord above we are to be stuck with forever once they put her into the 1st lady exhibit at the Smithsonian.
The original Aunt Ester would know better how to dress.
She just keeps giving and giving and giving.
I take it back; Goldie Hawn would do a much better job running the protocol office than the nimrod holding that job right now.
Yee gods, that dress is a freak mishap on the sewing machine. It looks like basketball stars. Is there enough fabric for a chair in Obama’s new sports room?
google it. There are several pictures available. Most are of Obama and he is in the same outfit but you can also find Michelle as well.
I just realized that Obama didn’t even wear a black suit on 9/11.
