She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

And it's been reported that Hawaii did away with the nomenclature 'Certifications of Live Birth' to only call their birth documents Certificates.
Hawaii is playing games to help out Skippy Obama by the tried and true game of obfuscation...anyway they can.
Bears repeating. States such as Oklahoma have begun to put together legislation that would require Presidential candidates to submit a "Certificate" of Live Birth.
The DoH name change allows Bambi to circumvent that legal requirement.
Also, if someone now wants to acquire a certified copy of their long form birth certificate from the DoH, they have to go through a judge/magistrate, thanks to another rule change by the department.
Obama not wanting to realease his long form B.C. is one thing, but individuals shouldn't have to go through some sort of court to retrieve their (long form) B.C.'s.
After all, it's their records.

I can assure you, being a commissioned officer does not preclude anyone from a spell of bad judgement. I've observed it many times and seen plenty of careers come to a very undignified end.
There are people that put principles and their convictions first over career. Ineed rare, but they exist, and have since the begining.

Have you given it a second thought Hawaii has their credibility at stake if Obama gets exposed? A motive that makes them hope this all goes away.
That part that is stunning to me is that a doctor and an officer would literally put her future in the hands of Orly Taitz.
I can understand taking a stand on principal. But she has put an awful lot on the line and she doesn’t exactly have Ted Olsen or David Boies on her side.
Neither one of those involves Obama's qualifications. He is not the one who "standing" would apply to, and his side has filed one motion, but AFAIK, it was properly served.

Long before Barack Obama was an fly on the ass of anyone's party. And, HI began migrating to an electronic vital records system sometime in the late '90s.
You are free to believe whatever you wish, and you're free to describe those beliefs however you want. But, to believe that the State of HI is changing the nomenclature that they use for vital records as part of some cabal to protect the presidential ineligibility of BHO, is crazy talk.

So article II section 1 of the Constitution of the United States is not the law?
Silly me, I thought it was part of the highest law of the land. Judges in every state, not just federal judges, are supposed to be bound by it. All legislators, state and federal, all executive and judical officers, state and fedeeral,are required to swear an oath to support it. At the federal level they are required to not only support it, but to defend it. That includes military officers, whose "employement" never really ends, unless they resign their commissions. (It also includes enlisted members, but the requirement to support is in their case one of statute law, not the Constitution).
