She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

You don’t get it. Every hearing is a trial and the judge can listen to whatever facts or evidence he wants. Heck, he can rule on motions the day they are filed without giving opposing counsel a chance to read them. He can also apparently turn a civil case into a criminal case. And when he says that he wants to get to the merits of the case, it means that he wants to ignore all rules of civil procedure.

Same here. I read she met earlier (yesterday perhaps?) with an O-6 in her chain of command. That's a full-bird Colonel. He likely laid out the future of her military career should she continue to pursue this matter.
I'll bet she got cold feet.

Hawaiian Home Lands program changed their rules in June to accept Certifications of Live Births where they only before accepted Certificates.
And it's been reported that Hawaii did away with the nomenclature 'Certifications of Live Birth' to only call their birth documents Certificates.
Hawaii is playing games to help out Skippy Obama by the tried and true game of obfuscation...anyway they can.
Can anyone here give a definative/exhaustive listing of attorney's who are working on this case, or any of the (so called) eligibility lawsuits?
If not, then it's nothing more than speculation as to who is and who isn't working (or giving counsel) on them.

Your statement is akin to claiming a dictionary is the same as an encyclopedia.
I know it can be satisfying, entertaining and a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy to see conspiracy theories everywhere, but HI's birth certificate "nomenclature" has nothing to do with Zero.
It stems from two things - the migration of the department of vital records from a paper-based environment, to a modern-day electronic environment. That gave birth (pardon the pun) the the "Certification of Live Birth".
The phrase "Certificate of Live Birth" has much deeper roots. But most recently, in a series of findings established by the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) "Panel to Evaluate the U.S. Standard Certificates and Reports" several years ago, it was recommended (but couldn't legally mandate) that all states adopt their "Certificate of Live Birth" form (amongst other forms including one for Fetal Death and another for Death) out of a desire to institute a little uniformity amongst the states and federally.
That document is still available at the CDC website, and I've linked to below. Be sure to pay particular attention to the title.

He could, but he hasn't, and IMHO, he can't. Because if it becomes legally recognized, then the "Born of Citizen parents in the US (plural) test becomes a possibility. Even the English Common law definition had the natural born citizenship of the child going with the citizenship of the father, in cases where the child was born outside the father's country.
The birth certificate is one piece of evidence leading to legal recognition that his father was not a citizen. But as you say, he could stipulate it. I don't think he will. Not stipulating it if asked, could bring a heavy political penalty, but not a legal one.
But of course if the birth certificate shows circumstances that he might not have been born in the country and that the certificate may have been fraudulently filed, such as a certificate that indicates a late filing or a filing of a home birth, then the Kenya BC would into play and more discovery would be required.
Either you can't read, or the subject-matter is out of your grasp. I can't help with either.
