Everyone wants him to plead facts in his pre-trial motions. This cannot be done.
He could, he could resign too. I don't think he'll be doing either. Certainly the plaintifs can't count on him doing so before discovery, so they need to "discover" the birth certificate which proves his father was not a US citizen, under the "two citizen parents" theory of the meaning of "natural born".
