She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

As far as EV's accuracy and sources, I will let him speak for himself, but his sources are impeccable, WRT the California case... I do not believe his answer was referring to the Georgia case, but rather to the supposition that full discovery had been granted in the California case.
WRT the documents in the CA. case, they seem to allow limited discovery, only for the purpose of defending against the motion to dismiss, which is relatively useless for the purposes desired hereon... So the Oct. 5th "Motion to Dismiss" argument still must be overcome before real discovery is granted... Although, IANAL, so my interpretation could be mistaken.
I have no doubt that you are correct. It could be worse than rioting though... The thing that is so horrible about all of this is because so many people have all their hopes pinned on Obama, and this is EXACTLY what the dang commies, and radical muslims WANT to happen — a Crises within our country that would leave us incredibly vulnerable, and so many people in our country who have believed the lie would not readily accept the truth at this point.
Trials to come is putting it mildly, IMHO. This is going to be a total mess.
Upon reading through all the documents posted myself, I see that EV was indeed right, and there was no motion passed for “immediate expedited discovery”. The motion regarding discovery was handed over to a magistrate and will be decided next Monday — if I understood it all correctly. I’m not a lawyer, either. :)
Here is the order of succession. Byrd would become President - at least until they figured out what to do...

Biden’s moose wouldn’t cut cheese would it? In that the Democrat Party nominee for Presidential candidate at the nomination group-grope nominates their running mate, right? The group-grope doesn’t have anything to do with nominating running mates?
So if Obama’s moose can’t cut cheese because of a real (not alleged) disability, then the nominated candidate’s moose can’t cut cheese either; disability conferred through principle of guilt by association, right? Fruit from the poisoned tree and all discovery from unconstitutional searches are inadmissable in any court of law.
So the way I see things is that Congress gets to choose the substitute for their Jiff, or the manner in which the type of Jiff substitute is to be selected, and such Jiff substitute will hold stead until a replacement jar of Jiff (creamy AND crunchy) can be found.
However, Congress can only select a substitute for Jiff creamy. The onus to choose a nomination for substitute for Jiff crunchy would fall upon the Congressional chosen Jiff creamy subsitute (and only upon heeding the careful advice of the Senate as to which brand would be most suitable), which in turn then rubber stamp their carefully heeded advice concerning suitable substitute for Jiff crunchy.

Biden is next in line. At this point there is no plausible legal theory for his removal.
Next would be Pelosi. No reason for her removal aside from FReeper pipe dreams. Pelosi can be removed as Speaker, or removed from the House, only by a majority vote of the House itself.
Next in line is Robert Byrd, the President Pro Tem of the Senate, who is pretty clearly physically unable to serve. In the extremely unlikely event that Obama is impeached, Biden is impeached, and Pelosi is ousted, that would give the Senate plenty of time to see this coming and elect another President Pro Tem.
If all of those pieces somehow fall into place -- the president, VP, speaker, and president pro tem all removed from office before any replacement can be chosen for any of those offices -- then the order of succession goes through the Cabinet in order of when the department was created. First in line is State and Hillary Clinton.
A more plausible scenario for President Clinton is that Obama is impeached, and Biden chooses Hillary as his VP. "More plausible" is a relative term, of course.

Actually, I think it’s Byrd. Sick as he is, that crusty old buzzard would hang on long enough to see things through for a new President. He was VERY disturbed about the Czars and reconciliation aka ‘nuclear’ legislative passage method.
Pure imagination. There is no provision for any such thing in the Constitution and no legal body that has the power to do so.
For all the negatives that one could toss out regarding Robert Byrd, and there are many, I honestly don’t think he’d intentionally put his people and his country in jeopardy. His concept of what is or isn’t an objective “good” for the country is a very big problem, but I don’t doubt that that’s what he’d try to do. That’s what it’s come down to ... who actually gives even half a damn about this country in any way, shape or form.
Can’t say that about many Dems these days. Byrd’s about as old-school of a (D)as you’ll find above ground anymore.
He’s less of an idiot than Biden, but his health is in serious decline. He’d be a placeholder at best, for whomever the (D) establishment determines.

The left will finally find something objectionable about Byrd’s past Klan involvement, though. Can you imagine the uproar, removing a putative black man from the Presidency, and replacing him with a former Klansman?
That adds a whole ‘nother level of rage to the inevitable riots.
No doubt... As it is there would be riots even if JUST Obama was removed from office. If Byrd were to assume the office I think “riots” would be a mild term for the consequences.
Thanks for the ping. When I woke up, very early this morning, before I got out of bed I said a prayer for this case and for Judge Carter. I never expected to log on and find news this good. I am just trusting God on this one. He sees the evil and destruction being perpetrated by this administration. He hears our prayers, too. But only He knows what is best to do about it. Prayers for Judge Carter, and for all concerned.

I don’t agree. Unless and until this thing really gets legs, I think the talk show hosts you mention are wise to stay low. The libs would just love it if these guys went all out on this story and it turns out zero really was born in the USA. Do you really believe that if it comes out that zero is a usurper that any of these guys will not be on it 24/7? We who believe that he is not eligible still do not have the smoking gun IMHO.
As fast as they want 0bamaCare to pass, there must be something in those 1000+ pages that declares 0bama to be a natural born citizen free from investigation into his background.
Obama should have never become POTUS.

Obama is removed from office. Pelosi is ousted. While impeachment proceedings against Biden are moving forward, the Senate, seeing the writing on the wall, begins looking for a new President Pro Tem.
In the proverbial smoke-filled rooms, Blue Dogs and Republicans form a loose coalition, realizing that in this time of crisis they need to appear statesmanlike and bipartisan. They put their heads together to pick a President Pro Tem and future POTUS both sides can tolerate ...
