I just talked to Orly:
She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

Of course I'd be thrilled if immediate discovery had in fact been granted, but given that Judge Carter seemed to be suggesting that a motion to dismiss hearing (October 5) should precede a ruling on discovery, this announcement seems like the product of some miscommunications and/or typical unjustified optimism on the part of Orly and her associates.

I am a little skeptical. Why would the judge a day later move for expedited discovery. Not impossible but?????

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.

That statement, makes no sense to me at all. Didn't Schwilk just write an email to Dr. Taitz stating that (paraphrasing) he can't stand Kreep and doesn't want him part of the case?

It is now discovered that the Democratic Party filed Two Certifications of BHO’s eligibility as Candidate for President.
One affidavit states that BHO is eligible and nominated which was kept on file, but a second affidavit states that BHO is nominated, and this copy was submitted to the 50 state election boards.
The two signed affidavits, are almost identical, and signed on the same day is undeniable proof of a conspiracty by the Democratic party to pull a last minute switch from the correct certification document with a incorrect document.
This article makes for very interesting reading. Which leads me to ask the obvious question, “Why does it take a foreign news agency to do investigative journalism on a question and issue as huge as this story is, and it not only is uncovered by a foreign new organization, but even after the story breaks in other countries, it may still get buried by our own news media? I wonder why?
