That statement, makes no sense to me at all. Didn't Schwilk just write an email to Dr. Taitz stating that (paraphrasing) he can't stand Kreep and doesn't want him part of the case?

Jeff Schwilk has no choice but to work with Kreep now, Judge Carter basically ordered Orly and Kreep to work together and iron out their differences.

??? Schwilk does not like Kreep. He knows what he is up to due to Orly but he is not “close” to kreep.

???? Why would Judge Carter change his mind and push for expedited discovery. I do not believe it. I think we will need to wait til Oct 5th.
