WASHINGTON - An environmental adviser for President Barack Obama, Van Jones, has resigned amid controversy over past inflammatory statements, the White House said early Sunday.
Van Jones, an administration official specializing in environmentally friendly "green jobs," has been linked to efforts suggesting a government role in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and to derogatory comments about Republicans.........."

Americans were looking for some Change, not socialism. Americans were and have been Hoping for government to 'get off their backs', not jump on them like a tax addicted crack-head.
Fixing Health Care is not a big deal, fixing what's wrong with America is. Trying to do both by destroying capitalism is not only wrong, it is treasonous.
Profit is what drives people to take risks, work hard, invent and invest, and get educated so they can 'compete' in society. Take that away, and what you are left with are people laying on their backsides waiting for a check from Uncle Sugar.
I'll withhold further critism of this administration (Obama) as they have more than three years to vindicate themselves. Given their start out of the gate, I'm not optimistic about them receiving redemption by reversing course. It could happen, but I wouldn't bet on it.
