Our friends at Restate are hearing credible rumors that Leon Panetta is quitting over the proposed procecution of CIA operatives. If this is true, kudos to Leon...
And covert personnel must be starting to vanish.
I still think Lindh pointed out the agents in Afghanistan that were killed.
Also breaking... Obama will appoint his lovely bride, Michelle, to be the new head of the CIA... /s

Maybe 0bama will replace him with one of his union goon friends. They can turn it into an agency that spies on conservatives and call it the AFL-CIA.
Not only has that job had its share of turnover - take a look at the CIA executive staff positions. During the Clinton administration they were rotating people in and out about every 12-13 months to pay back political favors (resume enhancement). It seems that with that kind of turnover there is a big opportunity for people to still be on the upslope of the learning curve as they depart. Not a good idea for such a critical mission.

Unelected, unappointed? Well, that would make both of them, seeing as bammy was not a natural born US citizen, as his father had British citizenship (at the least.)
I hope he is resigning...and I hope he gives as his reason the fact that Obama and his lacky Holder are evil pipsqueaks who care not a whit for the safety and the security of the nation and are willing to damage those agencies who are on the front lines of ensuring our safety and security. He should end the speech with these memorable lines (or lines like them): “If the members of the House of Representatives had any integrity, they would impeach both Attorney General Holder and President Obama. But I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for integrity to show itself in the 110th Congress. Goodbye and God Bless America!”
The next CIA Director senate confirmation hearing should be interesting. Get the popcorn.
I hope so. Obama is a traitor, and a criminal fraud.
The longer people like Hillary and Panetta try to cover for him, the more damage America will suffer.
And we are weak, subject to attack from a foreign power, thanks to Obama. That is a very grave concern.

You’re probably thinking about Bill Colby, CIA director in the 1970’s, who died mysteriously while sailing alone on Chesapeake Bay about a dozen years ago.
But this incident was so long after Colby’s retirement that even the most imaginative conspiracy theorists haven’t been able to spin out a convincing narrative. Probably just a freak accident.
..the Clintons will get even—even if it burns the whole place down IMHO...
