For just a moment, let's forget about people like "Dr." Orly Taitz and what may or may not be faked documents. People on both sides of the Obama birth certificate issue have gone completely off the deep end over this topic. Admittedly, for some people on both sides, it was a fairly short trip.
Now, with all of that behind us...
The burden of proof does not rest upon those who doubt the claimant. The burden of proof rests solely upon the claimant. Mr. Obama has said, "I am qualified to be president." For more than a year, more than 40 million American citizens have said, "Prove it." Mr. Obama and his supporters have said in reply, "Prove that I'm not!"
Mr. Obama, et al, have offered a simple and obvious burden of proof fallacy in support of their claims and then followed it up with appeals to ridicule, to popularity, to authority and to false dilemma/false choice -- "Believe me or else you're a nut job!"
In view of the lack of presentation of an original document, there can only be one rational conclusion: An original document does not exist, or if it does actually exist, it contains information that disproves the assertions made by Mr. Obama, the claimant.

Wow, I am complete shock!! Not that this person might think that the burden of proof rests on President Obama (as we have said all along), but that he is rational and doesn’t mock people who say “Prove it” as loons, kooks, bigfoot hunters and ufo chasers.
We are ‘conspiracy theorists’, there is no conspiracy. There is not conspiracy with the Hawaiian Government, it is simply a matter of them not releasing the birth certificate on orders of Obama. HE is what the ‘conspiracy’ boils down to. The only ‘conspiracy’ is the people who for some reason do not care to find out if this man is a liar.
For some reason George Bush’s military records were important information, but proving the basic eligibility is a non-issue.
What I fear, and it’s not far fetched, is that they have stalled long enough for the Gov’t to make a state of the Art fake birth certificate. If Obama had been forthcoming, and released his birth certificate in a timely manner, we might have gotten to the truth. Now, the foremost experts in our Intelligence communities have been able to create not only the BC, but the paper trail to anywhere they wanted it to go, and perhaps even set in place doctors and nurses, etc.
My opinion, unpopular as it might be to some, is that his refusal to immediately prove his eligibility, damned him. The stalling, only gave him time to push thru legislation, spending (massive), and appointments, he is a rube, controlled by other powers, if it even hinted that he might be removed. He would have to be eliminated so the programs he put into action, stayed. Being removed (Not impleached) would make programs, appointments, and bills moot.
His own family is ignored concerning his birth. Relatives in Hawaii that had the ability to get copies of his B.C. died during his election. Family in Kenya’s comments have never made it to the MSM.
I am afraid the fix is in. Now that the media is reporting it, they are only doing it for one reason, the outcome is already known.
I hope I am wrong.

That is certainly a possibility. Remember however that Obama and the dems have really pissed off the CIA and the intelligence community of late.

Undiscovered truths cannot be well-hidden by calculated effrontery and feigned outrage, Mr.Obama. Holding desparately to this position will in the end multiply your transgressions. It is really only a matter of time before one of your own bolts the stable.

The birth cert is only part of the records he has sealed which could lead to whether he IS a citizen or not - or at least show him for the fraud he is. College records showing he enrolled as foreign student. Passport records showing WHEN he got a US passport. PROVE his selective service records aren’t forged... There’s a lot of questions this dude needs to answer and we just won’t take HIS word for it!

The shell game/scam continues only because we have spineless Republicans that took no action on January 8, 2009.
As many here know, O has always had the burden of proof on the issue of his eligibility.
He or others certified he was eligible in each of the state primaries, under penalty of perjury. That is a continuing duty albeit one that now may only be enforcable via politics.
On January 8, 2009 Congress had the duty pursuant to 3 USC
15 to assure the nation the President elect was qualified.
That it did not do so by calling for objections to the votes of the Electoral College almost certainly constitutes a Constitutional defect.
Here is what I wrote to my state politicans with a cc to my Attorney General:

1) There is nothing in the public record that confirms Barak Obama is a citizen of the United States. Outlandish statement? Not at all.
Obama’s attorney assured the court in Hollister v Soetoro that Obama had placed a certified copy of his birth certificate on Factcheck.org. In fact, the single document located at Factcheck was a “certification” which Hawaii specifies is inconclusive for establishing citizenship. Moreover, expert document examiners have determined the document has been altered in several significant regards.
Further, the paper trail one expects to find behind every citizen has been sealed by Obama or has disappeared. Despite his assurance to the Hollister court Obama has expended great effort and legal expense to avoid producing evidence of citizenship.
2) To date, Obama has failed to demonstrate he is qualified for the office of the President. Obama acknowledged he has the burden of proving he is qualified when he certified by signature, his eligibility at the state level; that duty continues. Congress had the duty per the 20th Amendment and 3 USC 15 to declare the President elect was qualified and that the election was proper; that duty also continues.
Enclosed is a copy of a petition. How many signatures will you require in order to read the petition on the floor of your chamber and move that the requested action be taken?

Congress is the only branch that can correct this Constitutional defect.
It will almost certainly require a nudge from the USSC if the issue is presented by one or more Republicans.
Those politicians and their prospective 2010 replacements need to step up while it is still possible.

A third is that there is something so politically embarrassing ,

Why did Obama ask Hawaii to issue a COLB in 2007 ?
A rational person would conclude that his behavior, at a minimum, is suspicious.
His BC wasn’t even on the radar until 2008.
If I’m running for POTUS , the last thing I would even think about was my birth certificate.
Obama’s actions were preemptive because he knew something about his BC wasn’t kosher.
Whether a little or a lot is unknown.
How did he request the COLB ?
In person ?
Did he have to sign an affidavit ?
Is there a log at the Hawaii State Dept of Health that would show
his visits and phone calls available under FOIA ?
The state of Hawaii’s Director of Health has only muddied the situation.
October 2008-Dr Chiyome Fukino issued a statement that she had seen Obama’s birth certificate
and that it was a “ vital record.”
Record-singular.
July 2009 Dr Fukino stated that she had seen Obama’s

she no longer uses the term birth certificate, it’s now

Dr Fukino, a non board certified doctor who specializes in treating native Hawaiian’s

Considering Obama’s British subject father,

It would be lunacy to smother and ignore the glaring and logical questions that remain unanswered.
You are wrong:
1) He has already admitted that he is not natural born by admitting that his (so-claimed) father was a Kenyan and a British subject at the time of his birth.
2) ONLY IF his BC showed a (different) father who is an American Citizen could he claim to be natural born.

Apparently, the Globe "picked up" Pam Geller's much-recycled story of July 20, 2008, even though TechDude was outted as an identity thief and a fraud along with his bogus research only a few weeks afterwards.
My own July 2008 story got brief mention, but I wish it was not mentioned at all, as I quickly discarded the notion that DeCosta's COLB was used for the forgery after I got a real 2007 COLB.
I must add, that it does not matter whose COLBs (yes, more than one) were used for the forgery as none of them were his.
To the point of craziness. I worked for the same company, or it's successor, for over 20 years. After I got laid off (right after the purchase) and found another job, I had to prove my eligibility to work. Of course after 20+ years, I had not a clue about where my Social Security card might be. They literally made me go to the SS office, my very first day on the new job, to pick up documentation that I had one.
The other thing that chaps my ash is the requirement for "random drug testing". You have to prove yourself clean, even though you've passed the test 8 or 9 times before, and are showing zero signs of illegal drug use. For some reason, which has never been properly explained to us, our little 3 person detachment (we are embedded on an Army post, gets "hit" much more often than our numbers would justify, pretty much one of us has to go "pee in the cup" at least once a year. And it's a pain, because can't just run over to the military hospital or clinic, which is literally just over the hill, we have to drive over 10 miles to the commercial clinic that our company contracts with for the service. And of course there is a time deadline for doing so. Meetings, deadlines, etc, do not mediate the demands of the "piss Nazis".
Obama Care passes, and everyone will be subject to similar demands.
