Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, was registered for college classes in Seattle only 15 days after reportedly delivering her first-born child in Honolulu, according to school records obtained by WND.
How Dunham was able to travel the 2,680 air miles from Honolulu to Seattle only a few days after the birth of her baby at a time when trans-Pacific travel likely was at a speed half of today's jets is not disclosed in the currently available public record concerning President Obama's birth.
Nor is there anything on the public record to explain how Dunham managed to find an apartment and relocate with her infant son so she could begin taking university classes within 15 days of the baby's birth.
There is also nothing on the public record to suggest Madelyn Dunham, Ann Dunham's mother, or any other family member preceded or accompanied Dunham to Seattle in August 1961 to help the new mother and infant son find appropriate living arrangements and complete the university's enrollment process prior to beginning classes.

So if he was born in Seattle that makes him eligible (I'm pretty sure our current Supreme Court would rule him to be an NBC). But it completely destroys his credibility. I'm going with Seattle as my first guess. My second guess is Honolulu but with something on the birth record he wants hidden.
Recall that Thomas Jefferson, a Founder who must take his fair share of the blame for the "natural born citizen" clause, was President at the time of the Lewis and Clark expedition which she accompanied, nay "led" across the Western mountains.
We have her as a pregnant teenager portrayed on our money itself!
I will say this, provided Obama was actually born in Hawaii, and his mother's marriage to the baby daddy was not recognized by American law (due to his polygamy), then Obama is "natural born". If the marriage ws recognized (if it occurred) then we have to draw on what Jefferson "would have said" (a WWJS sort of thing doncha' know).
But if you listen to the left's talking point, women are in bed for DAYS after giving birth and she couldn't have jetted all over with a newborn baby. Hogwash.
Uh, see post 163.
Yes, certainly do-able but mothers were treated quite differently in the early 60’s. We were kept in the hospital for three or more days. No driving for 6 weeks, no lifting, stooping, stairs, etc for a month.
It was suggested that new mothers have someone help with household chores and to help care for the baby for a few weeks after the baby was born.
My parents would have been terribly upset and would not have allowed me to travel alone with a newborn. You just didn’t do things like that back then!
I agree with the Freeper whose theory was that Stanley went to a home for unwed mothers in Canada, and for some reason, did not give up the baby for adoption, as was usual for those times.
I’m not sure what Jefferson would have done, but today’s Supreme Court would probably rule that Sacajawea’s children are natural born along with Obama if born in Honolulu. 4 or 5 of the justices would argue NBC even if he were born elsewhere. Everything is up for grabs these days, bankruptcy law, contracts law (mortgage relief), laws of economics, laws of thermodynamics (global warming), so why not NBC law?
It’s confusion, not conspiracy. A conspiracy requires a crime beforehand and then a search for the culprits afterwards. We’re trying to ascertain whether or not Barak Hussein Obama II is a natural born citizen and the elected guy won’t release his birth certificate (for whatever reason) - he also won’t release anything else and wants to takeover the health care industry.
I guess there’s nothing really to be worried about... (Sarcasm)
I know that Stanley Dunham and her son were in Seattle around August 1961. Her friends from high school recall seeing her and young Barack in Seattle around this time and she attended the University of Washington in the fall of 1961.
I don't believe that she gave birth to Barack Obama in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 as stated in the fraudulent COLB that appeared first on the Daily Kos site and later on other Obama sites. I believe Barack Obama was born earlier, sometime in the first part of 1961 and that he wasn't born in Hawaii.
There are many reasons for my believing this. However, since the Obama people have refused to release his birth certificate or other relevant information it is impossible to know exactly what happened. I feel the official version the Obama people put out can not be true.
Remember the girls who went on an extended visit to their Aunt? It meant they usually were at Florence Crittenton.
My grandmother said when she had her babies (1930’s) she not even allowed to get out of bed for 10 days or so. (Not sure if she got bedside commode privileges.)
When I was born in ‘54 my mother stayed in the hospital for a week. The same with my youngest sister in ‘63.
Back then one did not dare go against a doctor’s advice. It just was not done. Patients were not as involved in those types of decisions. It would take an extrodinarily hard headed person to buck the system.
By the time we were spitting them out it had changed dramatically. Which is a good thing. I had such an adrenaline rush after suddenly beng pain free you could not keep me in bed. Well, maybe not with the first one. I had a saddleblock and could not get out of the bed. I bidded my time by trying to “will” my legs to move. Didn’t work.
The next 2 were natural and I felt so much better afterwards. Of course there was that period I begged for pain relief. That was the time I was calling my husband and everyone else in the room every vile name I could think of. Thank God they were short labors (3 hours) After I was stitched up & back to my room, I was up walking around.
Sorry about the trip dowm memory lane.
bzzzzttt!!! wrong!

Obama ‘mama’: 15 days
from birth to Seattle class
sorry, WND’s headline is incorrect.
U. of Wash Extension Autumn Quarter started on 9/19/61, NOT 8/19/61.
Dr. C. mistook the month number for an “8,” August when it is actually a 9, September. The number was typed right up against a divider bar and was hard to read.
But 8/19/61 is 17 weeks, ‘way too long for a quarter.
9/19/61 to 12/16/61 = 12 weeks (Autumn Quarter)
12/27/61 to 3/20/62 = 12 weeks (Winter Quarter)
So, time from birth to start of school is 50 days, or about 7 weeks.
The haeadline says “15 days” which — sorry — makes no sense at all.
But not to worry:
7 weeks leaves plenty of time for any eventuality, including
airplane trips to exotic locales like, say, Kenya,
or whatever blows your skirt up.
“FREE THE LONG FORM!”
Now that's funny! LOL!!
Thanks for the info on the Fall, 1961 grades—missed that completely, and thanks for the other responses to me on the thread.
I would have much rather driven. I hate flying. ;>)
Reading between the lines, it doesn’t say she was present in Washington in September. It says she registered for the classes in September. I think you could have done that from Hawaii. A power bill or something would put her in the state at a particular time.
Hawaii does not allow non-residents to stay for very long. I don’t know if that was true in 1961. If she had the baby in Washington, she might have tried to establish birth in Hawaii so baby Obama could live there later.
Hawaii does not allow non-residents to stay for very long.
? After Hawaii became the 50th(57th according to Obama) state on August 29, 1959 persons entering and leaving were subject to US federal immigration law.
That would be Insurance Companies not Doctors, and not just women either. I had a radical prostectomy in 1997 and they had me up and walking the next day.
