Obama 'mama': 15 days from birth to Seattle class

Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, was registered for college classes in Seattle only 15 days after reportedly delivering her first-born child in Honolulu, according to school records obtained by WND.

How Dunham was able to travel the 2,680 air miles from Honolulu to Seattle only a few days after the birth of her baby – at a time when trans-Pacific travel likely was at a speed half of today's jets – is not disclosed in the currently available public record concerning President Obama's birth.

Nor is there anything on the public record to explain how Dunham managed to find an apartment and relocate with her infant son so she could begin taking university classes within 15 days of the baby's birth.

There is also nothing on the public record to suggest Madelyn Dunham, Ann Dunham's mother, or any other family member preceded or accompanied Dunham to Seattle in August 1961 to help the new mother and infant son find appropriate living arrangements and complete the university's enrollment process prior to beginning classes.

We agree she was in Seattle at that time... but was she ever in Hawaii?
Did her parents leave her in WA when they moved? Or did they runaway to HI to hide her embarrassing condition? If the babysitter recalls the age of her daughter correctly and the age of 0 correctly, then Stanley Ann was enciente in high school.
And that just opens a whole new can of worms!
The article posted on Atlas’ site 10/24/2008 addressing the college transcripts, among other issues is eyebrow raising, to say the least! Scary likeness of 0...

It was very unusual for students in 1961 to skip the first weeks of classes. The professors then were not the professors of the late60’s to now. The attendance rules would have been strict for at least one of the classes.

Her transcripts from U of H show her enrolled for classes Fall 1960, but her first day of instruction was 9/26/1960-almost a month after classes started.

I know Stanley and her son were in Seattle in August of 1961. Several of Stanley's high school friends reported seeing her and young Barack. I don't believe the supposed COLB, that says Obama was born in Hawaii on August 6, 1961 is a real document. I believe he was born earlier.

She certainly would have learned how to change a diaper the first day she had the kid home. This suggests that someone else was changing diapers for a period of time, does it not?

As for recollections, are they sure it was in 1961? September? Could it have been 1962? Or say, November, 1961 when the baby finally showed up, delivered by Mom when our intrepid college student finally had her life in Seattle under control? Were they keeping a diary at the time, and did they refer to that? People's memories are often very shaky. Someone else could have been changing diapers for many months. No, I don't have any proof, I'm just pointing out a way she could have started college in September after giving birth in August. Note I only said could, not that this is how she did it.

There were several of her friends who said they saw her and young Barack in Seattle in 1961. One specifically said it was August 1961. I agree with you that memories are sometimes unclear but when several people say the same thing it makes it more likely.
There is no record of a marriage in Hawaii between Stanley and Obama Sr. He was already married, living in the dorm at college and never told any of his friends about a wife and son. There was a big newspaper article about Obama Sr. in June 1962 when he left Hawaii to go to Harvard. There was no mention in the article about a wife and son. Stanley did not return to Hawaii until after Obama Sr. had left. The only time Obama Sr. saw Stanley and Barack was when they met him at the airport when he returned and Obama was 10 years old.
I don't know what actually happened but I believe Obama was born earlier than the August 6, 1961 date on the fraudulent COLB that was released first by the Daily Kos and later by the Obama campaign. I also don't believe he was born in Hawaii.
There is a totally unexplained period in Stanley Dunham’s life between December 1960 and August 1961 when she showed up in Seattle with young Barack. All I know is that the official explanation given by the Obama people doesn't seem true to me.

When two or more people discuss long-ago events they can change their recollections to match the other persons because the other person was there and might recall things more clearly than I do. Proof that the infant was actually in Seattle in September might be found in someone’s diary written at the time mentioning him being there, or some other written record placing him there. Doctor's records? Back in those days well-baby care as it is defined today was really nonexistent, but infants did get sick, that hasn't changed.

I agree that most things about the early life of Barack Obama are murky, and it seems that they will not become less murky any time soon.

If the 7 mths was connected to Feb, 1962, he would have been born in July, 1961

Stanley goes after the ONE black man in Hawaii (for some reason)

She meets him in Nov, and tells him she is pregnant in January..

They marry in Feb 1961..

He takes her to Kenya for the summer between classes...not an unusual occurance...

He thinks she is due in August/Sept...They will be back in plenty of time...

However, in June/July while in the tribal village, Stanley gives birth to a full termed baby...which the grandmother witnesses..and an extremely “yellow” one at that..

The gig is up...

After Mom and baby have recovered, Stanley is sent packing back home to Hawaii by herself..

However she has her instructions from Mom at home in Hawaii...

She goes to Mombasa to leave for home, stops at the registrar to register the birth...Gosh... slips ..she wrote an 8 instead of a 6 or 7...Thus assurring Obama would be taken to be the Dad..

It would not be unusual for the baby not to be present at the registering of the birth..I wasnt ..on my BC it states “Not present”..

She has to have documentation for the baby ... the local US Embassy will add him to her passport WITHOUT A PHOTO..and without him being present...just on the presentation of the doctored BC..also in those days only the extra names were added and not dates etc..

When she bought her ticket for the plane she didnt need to show any age proof for the baby...

Now she flies home to Hawaii...

Momma takes one look at the baby knows who the Daddy is and sends Stanley Ann on back to the mainland...”to school”

Dont you think it odd that such a friendly girl has no friends who remember seeing the brand new baby in Hawaii ???

Since the friend in WA claims Barack was 7 months old in Jan/Feb 1962, he would have to have been born in June/July 1961..

Now about the friend who said Barack was just a few weeks old in August when she saw him...she may have just been repeating what Ann said...or just assumming after nearly 50 years...

About the lack of knowledge in the diapering of babies ...Stanley was a lazy girl...and arrogant...if she could have conned another girl into changing a poopy diaper...she did it..poor little helpless Stanley Ann..

Yes, Obama Jr did go to Kenya later but Obama Sr would have lost face if it was known that he was not the Daddy of such a clever son..

The transcript also shows that Dunham was enrolled at the University of Washington in Seattle as a "nonresident citizen," which meant she would not be able to take advantages of the tuition breaks she should have been able to receive if she had continued her studies as resident student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
