Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

That makes perfect sense about old habits dying hard.
My next question would be this:
Are there old typewriters that have a 1 similar to that used in the 10th of April.
Most of the older #1s that I’ve seen have the flat line at the bottom. The 1 used in the 10th has the curve at the top but is missing the entire line at the bottom.
Did that make sense? Sorry - I’ve been reading these threads since Sunday morning and I’m starting to be quite inarticulate.
he- and I have old newspapers announcing the end of WW2, FDR’s death, and Bush41’s Inauguration.
The point is that this information is NOT found on a link. I have read every post on thhis 6000+ post thread, but I have not followed all of the links. Especially since many of the links associated with Dr. Orly Taitz had virus and hacker warnings attached. That was my point in copying and pasting an article and picture from a different source. Sorry if that offends you.
Republic of Kenya information.

Under the constitution of 1963, Kenya is a republic.

Hmm... it should be noted that 1 of the images that is used there should not be there.. it was promptly taken care and wiped out.
Also, take a look at the spacing in “1959” at the bottom of the document versus the spacing of 1959 throughout the rest of the document. It appears as if the 5 is slightly to the right on the Bomford document in the last 1959.
Could just be a subtle mechanical difference on the typewriter or it could be evidence that the numbers were digitally manipulated in some way...
Just saying.
You’re gonna want to look at this

For all I know, Bomford put up the real bc a few years ago, and hasn’t looked at it since. I doubt he knows anything about Miller and Lavender. I doubt he knows anything about 44b 5733. Miller, Lavender and 44b 5733 are the only things weird about the coexistence of the aussie and kenyan docs.
If the kenyan doc is fake, why wouldn’t they change miller
and lavender and 44b 5733 ? That would be pointlessly sloppy.
It’s also very possible that the aussie doc is real except for Miller, Lavender and 44b 5733. If we saw the aussie doc and it was exactly like what we saw except without Miller, Lavender and 44b 5733, we would be happy to have found information that supports our kenyan doc.
It’s possible that the forms in both countries are similar. We here in the US don’t know anything about what these forms
are supposed to look like, and most of us here don’t really care enough to do the real research.
We know that we can’t verify a document by looking at a heavily compressed jpg, but we do it anyway, because it’s fun to do, it’s a neat mental challenge, it’s a way to get involved in a story without really doing much of anything like leaving your house, etc etc. That’s pretty much why I’m doing it.
I supposed if I really wanted to know, I’d go to an Australian message board and ask about bcs, or make a phone call, or something. I don’t know, it is certainly fun though, it’s like drama unfolding in real time that we can participate in.
Offend me? Not at all, I was just stating that it is here... just a pain in the butt to drudge through 6000+ posts now. No ill will at all either :)
Many of us are pretty pooped and sometimes cranky though, and if that is the impression you received, my apologies.

“One person could accomplish it in a matter of a few days travel time once the first copy was completed as a template”
I would suspect that it is microfilm, instead of microfiche, or at least that is what I have found. So you have to replace, or splice (which could be readily detected) an unknown number of reels, doesn’t seem very feasible that this would be done (but it could be readily accomplished as most places I have been, except state archives) are fairly lax.
And my apologies back. I’ve been haunting this thread since Sunday — think I first came in around post 1900 and went back to catch up. I’m totally confused about what I’ve read at this point, but I tend to believe the Kenyan BC. Perhaps I’m just naiive.
I didn’t want to click on any of the Taitz document links, however, so I appreciated the Orange County Register summary saying who was involved in this effort and what Dr. Taitz’ intention is in filing this suit.
Could this fellow be in on the hoax? If someone were going to create a fake BC for someone in Australia, they would certainly not want to use someone who would debunk it when asked.

Read all three posts by me.
And then try it yourself, if you have copies.
I live in Adelaide.
The Taylors address - it does exist. It is no longer in Thebarton though. In the 60s there was a huge overhaul of Adelaide suburbs and a lot of boundries were redefined.
Taylors rd (now Taylors Lane), is now an address in Mile End. Which is next to Hindmarsh and Thebarton. Feel free to google 62 Taylors Lane, Mile End SA.
The hospital doesn’t exist, no. Anymore. It used to. I have heard my mother mention it a few times. My sister was born at Glenelg Community Hospital. That doesnt exist now either!
A lot of hospitals have closed in Adelaide. There are now only 3 - Royal Adelaide, Queen Elizabeth and Flinder Medical.
As for coat of arms, I can’t find another copy to show you but I have seen it before here.
TAITZ BLOG UPDATE AUGUST 4th She addresses Bomford COLB and Hillary going to Kenya
http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/
To sum up what I said before:
There is definitely at least one other document floating around, purporting to prove BO was born in Kenya.
The one I saw was uploaded to Wikimedia Commons when this controversy was just taking off. BUT IT’S A DIFFERENT DOCUMENT FROM THE ONE EVERYBODY HERE IS TALKING ABOUT. By the time I made an account here at FR to let people know I saw it, the image was already taken down by admins at Wikimedia Commons. Too bad I didn’t save it to my hard drive.
This document I saw has similar information to the one we’ve all seen, including the name of ODUYA as registrar. It refers to the same page number / record number in the long form registry. The one I saw is titled “Birth Certificate” rather than “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth”, even though it is obviously a “short form” and had even less info on it. I also recall that the typist / secretary who copied the info onto this short form gave her initials as AA. This document was also dated Feb 17 1964, and it also mentioned “Republic of Kenya” at the top.
Wow!
That link didn’t work right for some reason..
Try this one...

Would it make a difference that the seal people are saying is fake on the Kenya birth certificate is much smaller than the seal on the Australian one? I mean if they are claiming it was the same document and people just superimposed font on the real Australian one...
Probably nothing... I am sure each area/country have their own seal size... I am trying to get the .pdf version of the Kenya seal to be a little more readable.. So far, it definitly does NOT look like the same seal.. I'll post both of them if I cam get something worthwhile. :)
...many folks save that stuff. I saved my sons.”
When Obama was rifling through Granny’s paperwork as a teen and he
“ discovered “
the newspaper interview with BHO Sr about his graduation from college folded among his birth certificate ( Pge 26 Dreams ..)and vaccination records,
this clipping was not mentioned.
Or apparently saved by Toot.
From reading Dreams From My Father ,
it appears that this family who had stories and family folklore about every mundane situation possible-
never talked about Barry’s birth.
DFMF is literary Ambien.
Every single page is a verbal tornado of minutiae and eye glazing details .
However, there is not one single detail or family story about his birth retold in the book.
Not one.
Just four words about his birth weight.
The absence of any mention stands out like a flashing red beacon considering how excessively he writes about everything else.
Obama worships the idea of BHO Sr in the book .
His birth stories would have compelled him to go on and on and write something about his imposing ebony skinned African father pacing the halls of the hospital,
intimidating everyone else in the waiting room with his booming voice and broad shoulders,
while Gramps and Toot chain smoked
Lucky Strikes while sitting in the cracked plastic seats for the 20 hours of his mother’s labor.
And yet-the sound of crickets .
He does write on page 22 from DFMF about his parent’s marriage.
Page 22 “How and when the marriage occured remains a bit murky ,” and he says he never had the courage to explore the truth.
“ There’s no record of a real wedding, a cake , a ring, a giving away of the bride .”
“ No families in attendance..”
No relatives were informed.
But, after writing that he says (I believe this to be a leap )
that it was just a small civil ceremony with a JP.
But that’s how his grandparents wanted this “ haphazard “ wedding.
“ A trial that would pass as long as they maintained a stiff upper lip
and didn’t do anything drastic.”
They were not happy having a girl barely out of high school
“ in trouble “ by an older , African man.
Next paragraph on page 22 is the only reference to his birth.
“First the baby arrived, eight pounds, two ounces...”
The unhappy attitude of the Dunhams ( guess they weren’t such liberated hippies after all ) lends credence to Grandma trying to legitimize an embarrassing situation by calling in a birth announcement.
Maybe she even upgraded their living or non cohabitating arrangement by giving them a better address.
Chris Matthews and Bill O’Reilly say that “ birthers “ believe the announcement to be the start “ of the conspiracy.”
Huh ? I’ve never seen anyone say that and it makes us sound kooky-which is their goal.
Since these two put such credence in 49 year old undocumented and unsourced newspaper clippings ,
does the newspaper interview that Barry discovered ( pge 26 )where his father ( not the newspaper writer )
makes no mention of a wife and son
( to Barry’s chagrin )using their standard
mean that he was not the father ?
