Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

I have a theory about that Hawaii BC, and that is why I warned the “birthers” to be careful and not make that the main issue...I believe he was born in Kenya.
However, his grandmother worked for a bank, and became VP. His mother had a doctor in Hawaii and tried to board plane, but it was too late to fly....so she had baby in Kenya, but grandma could have gotten that Dr in Hawaii to help with getting a long BC when she got back, and did she go to a hospital when she returned.
In 1961, it was etiquette to publish births, so which birth certificate would grandma have wanted to publish? Think about that era.
That would explain why OReilly thinks he saw the actual BC...and Why step grandma in Kenya says she was at birth?? We shall see if this Kenya BC turns out to be authentic or fake.
I believe it may have come from where his father gave it, and not from the actual sealed (R Odinga PM) vital records in Mombassa....however, that would make them have to open the real records, if anyone in Justice Dept or where motion is filed has any integrity to require it.
Here’s a thought. Fukino et. al. apparently said the Hawaiian original was missing, but they had seen the original (or something to that effect). The only way to square this, assuming they aren’t lying through their teeth, is to suggest here is no original birth certificate, only an original that references his birth that was submitted by someone outside the hospital.
The February 17, 2004 copy date is intriging too. It means someone has had this copy since then. Wasn’t it 2004 when Obama seemed to bust out on the national stage with his DNC speech? Perhaps someone ‘investigated’ him way back then and has had this info all along.
BTW....Where was Obama in Febuary 2004?

Think someone covered this, it was the time of the divorce and custody matter.
It kind of makes sense that they would have requested a certified copy at that time for those proceedings.
Boys and girls...I have a pair of GI socks that is probably older than many on this thread...now tell me this...I don’t recall ever hearing about font’s until the computer age....and yes I typed on manual as well as electric which there were rare in 1961, however by 1964 there were a few more. However fonts....hell you just got a typewriter and that was it.... That being said if you were in the business you probably knew about fonts, but the average person had never heard of them.
This purported Kenyan document has been debunked by Free Republic in just thirteen hours. If someone’s intent was to distract us or to make us objects of ridicule, then they have failed. Nice work all!
Aside from verifying the names, dates, fonts, etc... what options do we have for a physical age verification of the actual paper and ink? I would image a small corner could be snipped off and tested. This is assuming its not a copy.
Oh, we have standing, it’s just that the democrat federal oligarchy has cowed the judiciary into shutting up (under extortionist threats of race riots, a more condescending attitude demeaning black people you will not find!) and allowing the federal oligarchy to sweep aside the old Constitutuional Republic. The question is fast becoming, will anything cause the bastards to honor their oath to the Constituion? The answer seems to be more and more, no, they are part of the federal oligarchy and don’t want to rock the democrat’s slugslime boat.

However, this brings up a larger question, which may already have been asked and answered in this thread, but I don't have six hours to read all the posts. Here is the question:
Why would someone have kept a folded copy of this document for four decades? No one, other than a parent or guardian, would keep such a thing for that long. If this had been filed in some government office in Kenya, it would have been filed flat, not folded. What is the supposed provenance of this document?
