If that had been my house, there would have been three 4x4s parked on the lawn..... cans scattered around... some ribs cooking on the grill and a guy with a big belly in a wife beater shirt standing on the roof yelling “Go Earhnhart!”
Thats a “beer summit” right there.
Although those suits and glasses are nice. Real fancy.

It's a tough call. Our school district (Great Neck, NY) is consistently rated in the top fifty nation-wide. The education is better than most five-figure private schools.
I keep a close watch on everything they do up there and I must admit that I am impressed with their attention to all things American. Flag Day is a big deal, they talk up the Constitution (in simple terms of course), they recite the Pledge of Allegiance daily, etc. Things might change in HS but by then he'll be in Catholic school.
One last story...the class-mate down the block comes from a 'proud' obama household. His dad's favorite TV shows are West Wing and MASH (true). His mother is from Boston. Last year the boy was spouting the craziest leftist stuff. Our guy shut him up with this..."You're just saying that because your mom's from Massachusetts."
