The entire birther argument, that Obama was actually born in Kenya instead of the US, making him ineligible for holding the office of the President of the US, is a spurious argument. It plays into Obama and the liberals hands - they want this to continue since it makes regular conservatives and opponents into fringe wackos.
Not one of us would've looked harder at his legitimacy than Hilary Clinton and the entire Clinton smear machine during the Democratic primaries. That magic bullet would've given Hilary the presidency - and yet nada, bupkis.
There are many valid reasons to oppose Obama and the liberals, but his birthplace isn't one of them.

I am not arguing but demanding, just the same as the leftist media demands Republicans release their records. If we end up losing this issue it will only happen because of the cowardice of many on the right.

Heck, a lot of us, I’m sure. If by “sealed” you mean we don’t show them to anyone. Because we’re not public figures, and no one’s asking.
Argument doesn’t fly.
First off opposition of all other liberal policies hasn’t stopped. In point of fact, the MSM chose to cover the “birther” story in order to distract America from the Health Care and Global Warming debates, and the inconvenient truths and facts about each. But they got more than they bargained for. Instead of a case of nutty right wingers with equally nutty claims their red herring turned out to have lungs and legs.
The Obama camp didn’t want this kind of help from the MSM. They wanted the lack of disclosure of Obama’s past to remain a non-story. Instead they now have more people wondering why Obama hasn’t released so much of his past records, from his original birth certificate, to his travel history, his work history, and his school records. And furthermore the active resistance and stonewalling by lawyers engaged by Obama to keep those records from the public raises still more questions.
So simply put, all Obama has to do is sign a waiver and release for his records and let the public peruse through his past. If his “official” story is contradicted by the record that he has managed to keep hidden, then the people deserve to know that he lied. If he has something he wants to keep hidden to the tune of a million dollars in legal fees, then perhaps he should come clean before an enemy of our nation obtains that same information and uses it to blackmail him.
This has nothing to do with being born in Kenya.
We have no idea where he was born, or anything else about
Obozo the fraud. Everything about this poser has been sealed.
It has to do with his snubbing his nose at America, and
telling America that his past is none of our business.
He can make this go away, in a New York Minuet, by showing
a REAL birth certificate.

How about the bogus address on the newspapers birth announcements. There is no evidence that Mr. & Mrs. Barrack H. Obama ever lived together, anywhere. And definately did not live at 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy. in Honolulu, Hawaii, ever.
Exposure of the original birth certificate (not COLB) is only the first step in exposing the fraud.
Talk about a spurious argument! Did it ever occur to you what Obama may have had on the Clintons? Several of the Clinton people worked for Obama, number one; and number two, there has to be lots of "inside baseball" stuff known to the people in the ruling elite.

If anyone is suggesting that our ruling elite are exempt then I say it again: PUT INTO LAW THAT THE RULING ELITE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DO WHAT THE LITTLE-PEOPLE AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE REQUIRED TO DO.

A simple request. I have both my birth certificate and my pass port, ready at hand, and could produce them in a few minutes here at home. I would be proud to do so if proving I am a nutral born citizen was a requirement for my job...or if someone simply asked.
I am proud to be an American and proud to show it.
I did not spend a million dollars acquiring them, and certainly have not spent over a million dollars hiding them. I have nothing to hide.
Since being a "Natural Born Citizen of the US" is a constitutionally imposed requirement for his office, there is nothing unreasonable or losing about making this request.
It is an easy request to fulfill. I have many, many more questions about why he is not doing so.

Well, in my opinion the evidence that he was born in Hawaii is very unsatisfactory. We do, however, have eyewitness accounts of his birth in Kenya. That's not "hard evidence" either. But the only hard evidence that one can reasonably expect is the long-form birth certificate -- and that's the thing he refuses to show us.
One has to conclude that he is hiding something. The question is: what?

First, they’re too stupid to do so. Second, if they were at the negotiating table, that would mean they’re afraid of us. And legitimacy or no legitimacy, Obama would still have the guns and bombs.

First of all, wherever he was born, he’s not a “natural-born citizen” because his father was not a citizen. Admittedly, the distinction between a citizen-at-birth and a natural-born citizen is a hard sell to the general population.
If he wasn’t born in Hawaii, he is not a citizen AT ALL. Are you okay with disregarding the Constitution to that extent?
Finally, if you and I and everyone else agrees: Obama was born in Hawaii. He’s a citizen...
Then WHY is he HIDING his long-form birth certificate?
The point is not what YOU think is or is not on the B.C., or what birthers think is or is not on it.
The real point is what Obama KNOWS is on it. And it is something he wants to make we DON’T SEE.

Answer: False premise. He has not spent a million dollars on that, thats another one of those birther false premises, like most of them are.
Where did you get that number? His total legal team costs were $1.2 million, and since he raised $600 million, that’s a mere .2% of his campaign cost.
In fact, I checked on lawsuits filed this year and US attorney’s are handling defense. Taxpayers, not Obama picking up the tab to fight nuisance lawsuits.
Last, he is not fighting to ‘conceal records’.
The idea that he would save money by handing over some documents is fallacious since the lawsuits claim he is not eligible *EVEN IF HE WAS BORN IN HAWAII* ... The Berg lawsuit demanded Obama sit down for 6 hours of interrogation and hand over oodles of extraneous information *not* related to Berg’s main claims.
So its completely false to claim that this is all a simple matter of producing a birth certificate to end lawsuits. It isnt.

I have seen the million dollars spent on lawyers many times..but cant locate any direct factual information. Do you know where it is posted on the internet?
I simply fail to understand the logic of people who say things like “Give it up! You’re wrong” when, in fact, they know just as little about Obama’s origins as WE do.
As far as I’m concerned, the fact that he’s refusing to make the records public is reason enough to be highly suspicious of his origins. And even if he WAS born in Hawaii, we have the right to know that our President has the legal right to BE our President.
If I went for a job driving a truck, or teaching public school, I’d have to prove that I had a truck driver’s license, or certification to teach in my chosen grade. Why shouldn’t Obama have to prove that HE has the qualifications for HIS job? After all, he works for US (though obviously he feels it’s the other way around).
Common sense!
