Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States states, "No person except a natural born citizen of the United States shall be eligible to the Office of the President."
If this is the law of the land, why is President Barack Obama hiding all references to much of his past, and why has he never produced his birth certificate?
In fact, a study from the United States Justice Foundation has released information showing that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds with 11 law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Gary Kreep of that foundation stated that the investigation is still going on and the final report will be provided to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder has refused to comment.
Does anyone expect an answer from Obama's appointees? The question is, "How will they attempt to delay and cover up this debacle?"
Britain's Daily Mail carried the story in a front page article, "Obama Eligibility Questioned." When asked for a comment in London when he was meeting with Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama just smiled and refused to make any further comments.
Another group, Americans for Freedom of Information, have released copies of Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College. The transcript showed that Obama, under the name of Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was given by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by a group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript states that "Obama (under the name of Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Scholarship program. To qualify, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
Along with evidence that Obama was born in Kenya, there is no record of him ever applying for U.S. citizenship. His appointees and czars are in panic at the White House, and they are casting further doubts about Obama's legitimacy's and qualifications to serve as president.
Under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scala announced that the Supreme Court agreed to hear Obama's legal eligibility to serve as president in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. In addition Donofrio's case, another 18 suits have been filed by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship and qualifications to serve as president of the U.S.
Who really is Barack Obama? This was a non-entity with hardly any political experience who was elevated from the most politically corrupt city in the U.S. — Chicago (where else?). During his short time in Congress, he accomplished little or nothing and worked with Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and other corrupt community organizations. He received huge donations from hidden resources and is now presenting agendas that will bankrupt this once great country and reduce us to Third-World status.
In effect, Obama gives the impression that he is a programmed, controlled entity who is a pawn — working for some dangerous people who are giving Obama the means to completely ruin this once great country.
Remember when the liberal press tried to denigrate George W. Bush because they said that a bulge in the back of his jacket was some electrical aid to program him for his presentation? It turned out to be a protective vest he was wearing. Wherever Obama goes he drags his Teleprompter along even when he descends from Air Force One. It is only when his Teleprompter falls down or blows away that his vice president calls attention to it. Funny though, the press never notices it, do they?
Every reader should contact their representatives and insist that all of these lawsuits be pursued immediately and not delayed until 2010 or longer.
By then, we probably won't have a country.

You are correct about Obama’s huge new tobacco taxes hitting blacks the most
Whites percentages have quit smoking the most
Even hispanics have stopped using tobacco a great deal
Now finally they are admitting that marijuana is some 3-4 times more deadly than tobacco products
But as the left leans that way and many lefties actually profit from it......

Wrap a kernel of truth with layers of lies and bad intentions, that’s what just about all these lawsuits represent. Donofrio did point out that, under the Constitution, Barack Obama’s place of birth is immaterial to his eligibility for office. That was the kernel of truth.
Top on my list of deniers are Michelle Malkin and ‘Allahpundit’ of Hot Air. They have taken a truly annoying, we are just too smart and sophisticated to buy into this rube birther stuff’ attitude that got old five seconds after I first encountered it. I would really, REALLY like to visit their sites the day the ‘I told you so’s’ get started. [Not that Michelle Malkin isn’t great in other ways, though the Allah guy, I think his name is Erik Erikson (of Red State), is just too squishy for me.]

I always thought that he was hiding something otherwise and at the very least out of respect for the law and the American people he would show his real original BC and settle the matter once and for all. What is the problem? Obviously he is hiding something, could be the fact that he really is not a natural born citizen or there is something in the records that could be embarrassing. Judging from the article above anyone with good sense could see that he is a liar and can not be trusted. Either he lied to the college board in order to obtain the scholarship which would probably involve falsifying records, which is a fraud; or what he claimed then was true that he was a foreigner and he is now lying to the American People by falsifying records to show that he is a natural born citizen, again a fraud. Either he committed a fraud then or he is committing one now, either way the man is a liar and can not be trusted to be CIC, to put it simply we have a con artist in the Oval Office.
Something tells me that based on recent developments the truth, whatever it turns out to be, will eventually come out. As his poll numbers fall more and more Americans are questioning whether he is really eligible to be President. Since his handlers are doing a very good job at shielding him whatever the truth is his falling poll numbers may be our only hope as more Americans will demand to see his original BC. The thing is even if he is a natural born citizen he is still a liar and con artist as the article shows and he should not be trusted to be President. We are witnessing the biggest con job in the history of this country and the puppet masters pulling his strings which I am sure are enemies of this country are having a great time as they proceed in the destruction of this great country. How in the world did we let it come to this.
About 20 percent of college students smoke. I just read that Blacks and Hispanics may continue to smoke because they can't afford the patches and medications to help them quit.
That would be one big reason IF more Whites were quitting. I have not read that. I have read many here who are growing their own tobacco. States are already yelling because of blackmarket sellers across state lines.

Obama said in the campaign that he had quit smoking and had been using the nicotine gum.
People do that all the time, they quit for awhile and then at some point they pick one up and smoke it. They tried.
He has said repeatedly that he is still fighting it, still does sometime, etc.
There are White, well to do, attractive, Catholic women who still choose to smoke and their brains still function.
