For many months, AIP affiliates all across the nation have been pursuing the truth about whether or not Barack Obama is constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States. In addition to several key court challenges filed by leaders in the party, our people - regular constitution-loving, freedom-loving, patriotic citizens - have persistently kept this critically-important story alive. They are proving the practicality and viability of our goal of 'becoming the media.'
To date, the American people have been deprived by the Obama faction of every key document that could settle this supremely important controversy once and for all. Instead of simply expending the ten dollars it would take to release Mr. Obama's long-form birth certificate, huge sums of money have instead been spent on multiple attorneys tasked with extending the cover-up.
In addition to his real birth certificate, one that shows where he was born, who the attending physician was, etc., other documents which are needed to get at the whole story also remain under strict embargo: his college records, his student financial aid applications and documentation, and his passport records, to name a few.
For the most part, the question of Obama's natural-born status has been met with silence from the dying dinosaur liberal media establishment. When mentioned at all, it is with the sort of scorn and derision you would expect from any other group of Democratic Party apparatchiks.
Similarly, elected officials in the Democrat AND the Republican Party have met the millions of inquiries from the people they work for with either silence or obfuscation. The reply form letters sent back, even from GOP officials, to the mountain of requests for the redress of this grievance have all pretty much read the same: a pathetic repetition of the Obama faction's lying, long-ago-discredited, talking points. No surprise, I suppose, considering the fact that not one of these people raised a single question when they verified the Electoral College vote, even though everyone was aware there was a major problem with this man's qualifications, and that there was no credible proof on the table that Barack Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States of America, as the Constitution unequivocally requires to be President, or even a citizen at all.
But still, this story will not die. The facts of the case are so simple and straightforward, the constitutional requirement so clear, thinking Americans just cannot be ridiculed into silence by the craven hacks in politics or the media.
The burden of proof that Barack Obama is qualified for office remains on Barack Obama. If those who are supposed to represent you will not demand that proof, it is up to you to do so, loudly and persistently.
In recent days, suddenly, the Left and their minions in the press corps are on the counter-attack. The internet is crawling with disinformation and vile personal attacks by the Obama crowd on those who simply want our Constitution to be followed.
Now is the time for courage and determination to get at the truth. If you love our Constitution, you must speak up loudly and boldly like never before. Don't wait for someone else to speak for you. Speak for yourself. Act like an American.
The flak may be getting heavy, but that can only mean one thing: we must be approaching the target.

Just playing devils advocate here but did it take more than a month back then to travel from Hawaii to Seattle?

And have you yet considered that by Barack sr being named the father in the divorce papers, Barack junior was positioned in a legal standing as the child of Barack Obama sr.?
I like the way you cut through detritus, but you might want to tighten up your reasoning.
My reason is VERY tight. the divorce means nothing.
It means they filed.
They claimed they were married.
They were divorced.
It doesn’t mean they ever told the truth about Obama Sr being married.
Bottom line - Obama Sr was married in a LEGAL Kenyan marriage.. US law DOES NOT ALLOW BIGAMIST MARRIAGE.
Jindal has lived here his entire life, except for when he went to Oxford. His parents came here LEGALLY as a graduate assistant at LSU. They also went through the process to become naturalized citizens. There is a vast difference in illegals having anchor babies just to gain access here than legal immigrants who chose to move here and become productive citizens.

That is a very interesting observation.
I haven’t read his stupid book but it sounds just like him(or should I say Ayers). I have read some of the reports on Ayers being the real author and find those reports very credible. Obama is a malignant narcissist and sociopath. The very fact that he refuses to clear up this matter once and for all is nothing but a spit in the face of the American people and our constitution.

I’ve wondered about that. If she saw it, and there’s nothing un-kosher about it, why can’t the rest of us see it.
...beside which, the constitution doesn’t say anything about Chiyome Fukino approving anyone’s credentials. I would have remembered that name.
Why are they really worried? Because if he is not a natural born citizen, then the US military would be compelled to remove him and his buddies from office. Also his campaign was fraudulent and he deceived the voters so the election would be invalidated. They fear the constitutional crises that will follow. If this happens we could witness the greatest shift back to states rights since Abe was President.

JR, when the American people respectfully asked both candidates for president to prove their constitutional eligibility to assume the office, only John McCain complied by releasing his original long form birth certificate.
To date, Barack Obama has not done this. His campaign released a different document (a certification of live birth), which does not prove his eligibility.
The fact that he continues to withhold his original long form birth certificate is what is driving this entire controversy.
He can end the whole thing for a measly $12.50.

There's not a shred of evidence that he was born in Hawaii, either. Therein lies the heart of the controversy.
Which is exactly the point. The state officials can't release it; only the person named in the BC can authorize its release. But, this only begs the question: "Why didn't he just release the actual b/c in the first place?" Even if there is nothing fishy, his acting all innocent and pretending that anyone asking to see it is "crazy" makes him look like he's hiding something.
he could also be charged with massive fraud for receiving donations to a campaign for which he knew he was not eligible. Just imagine 5 years for every single count of mail fraud that his lies caused.
I am ready for that shift back to states rights. I want nothing to do with the federal government of this country any longer.
Obama's campaign released a jpeg image of a Certification of Live Birth - NOT a Birth Certificate.
These documents are two very different things, and the difference between them is what most people are missing.
A Certification of Live Birth only has your name, date of birth, place of birth, your parents names, as well as the races of both parents.
It is not accepted as proof of identity by any government agency in the US, because the information on it is limited, and does not show all of the pertinent facts surrounding your birth.
In addition to the fact that Obama only produced this half-baked document, it's been conclusively proven by Freeper Ron Polarik that even that was forged.
You really need to catch up. Everything I just told you has been posted here for many months.
Where were you months ago, when all of the basics on this issue were being discussed here, ad infinitum? There is a treasure trove of basic information about every question you're asking on this very website.
It's pretty obvious that you've only just started to get an education on this subject.
