For many months, AIP affiliates all across the nation have been pursuing the truth about whether or not Barack Obama is constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States. In addition to several key court challenges filed by leaders in the party, our people - regular constitution-loving, freedom-loving, patriotic citizens - have persistently kept this critically-important story alive. They are proving the practicality and viability of our goal of 'becoming the media.'
To date, the American people have been deprived by the Obama faction of every key document that could settle this supremely important controversy once and for all. Instead of simply expending the ten dollars it would take to release Mr. Obama's long-form birth certificate, huge sums of money have instead been spent on multiple attorneys tasked with extending the cover-up.
In addition to his real birth certificate, one that shows where he was born, who the attending physician was, etc., other documents which are needed to get at the whole story also remain under strict embargo: his college records, his student financial aid applications and documentation, and his passport records, to name a few.
For the most part, the question of Obama's natural-born status has been met with silence from the dying dinosaur liberal media establishment. When mentioned at all, it is with the sort of scorn and derision you would expect from any other group of Democratic Party apparatchiks.
Similarly, elected officials in the Democrat AND the Republican Party have met the millions of inquiries from the people they work for with either silence or obfuscation. The reply form letters sent back, even from GOP officials, to the mountain of requests for the redress of this grievance have all pretty much read the same: a pathetic repetition of the Obama faction's lying, long-ago-discredited, talking points. No surprise, I suppose, considering the fact that not one of these people raised a single question when they verified the Electoral College vote, even though everyone was aware there was a major problem with this man's qualifications, and that there was no credible proof on the table that Barack Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States of America, as the Constitution unequivocally requires to be President, or even a citizen at all.
But still, this story will not die. The facts of the case are so simple and straightforward, the constitutional requirement so clear, thinking Americans just cannot be ridiculed into silence by the craven hacks in politics or the media.
The burden of proof that Barack Obama is qualified for office remains on Barack Obama. If those who are supposed to represent you will not demand that proof, it is up to you to do so, loudly and persistently.
In recent days, suddenly, the Left and their minions in the press corps are on the counter-attack. The internet is crawling with disinformation and vile personal attacks by the Obama crowd on those who simply want our Constitution to be followed.
Now is the time for courage and determination to get at the truth. If you love our Constitution, you must speak up loudly and boldly like never before. Don't wait for someone else to speak for you. Speak for yourself. Act like an American.
The flak may be getting heavy, but that can only mean one thing: we must be approaching the target.

But that would not have mattered in 2008.
Not if the 'baby' requests and continually renews a Mexican passport which identifies him as a Mexican citizen. That baby can't move back to the US while maintaining a Mexican passport and run for POTUS.

That's what has been bugging me for quite some time.
We know from past experiences how good the left can be at digging up dirt. This seems to me to have been sort of a reverse operation. They went through with a fine tooth comb and put everything under lock and key...

I think the deal is she had to reside in the US for one contiguous year if an out of wedlock mother.
You would think there would be some case law somewhere that could be looked at to see how the courts would handle a marriage that was not valid, child born overseas, etc.
So, unless he divorced his first wife legally in Kenya - and there is no evidence of that anywhere - then he was not married according to US law to Ann.
She could have gone to Kenya and had a customary marriage. This would have given Obama UK citizenship even if born in the US. However, that law changed and voided such marriages prior to 1971.
How does that effect natural born citizen argument. Well, if born in US...and parents not legally married...I don’t have a friggin’ clue. The UK law did not confer UK citizenship unless parents were married.
This was supposedly the case with a law passed in 1948.
The one caveat is if there was another law passed between then and Obama’s birth.
So nothing is written in stone on that until someone checks out that part of it.
However, Obamanazi should have to prove he is eligible to be President.. Perhaps all of these legal entanglements is why he didn’t show the birth certificate. He would have been tied up in courts getting it all figured out well past the election.
Well, you’re certainly entitled to your opinion, even an opinion that lines up perfectly with that of the radical Left.
You’re also free to practice the tactics of the Alinskyite Democrats, which you’re doing.
But, you’re not free to ignore the requirements of the Constitution. Too many folks have taken an oath before God and man to preserve and protect it.
As his father was Kenyan, this means he is not natural born.
What we have is a Constitutional Crisis which he has taken advantage of - but this Crisis is not of his doing; the corruption inherent in the dhimmicrat party and are privy to first the housing crisis, and now to the fascist makeover of our government feeds it; the spinelessness of the republican party in that not One. Single. Patriot. has come from their ranks to challenge this, enables it; the judges who have rebuffed the several tens of lawsuits claiming "no merit" or "no standing" (as if a citizen of the United States has no standing to enquire about whether someone sitting in the White House is eligible to serve as POTUS) have forsaken their duties regarding it.
We have 536 elected officials and the nine supremes who have failed their duties, forsworn their oaths and betray the Constitution.
And this is the kind of leadership which the NIC has promised us? This doubt which infects the body politic and the morale of our military, which can be dispensed with by spending around 100 dollars (obama gets over 200K for "leading" us...) and allowing examination of his long form birth certificate... this is the problem???
He leads this nation into the abyss.

Obama wrote specifically about his birth certificate in Dreams From My Father.
“I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms,
when I was in high school,”
It’s also interesting that in Dreams, Obama goes on and on and on in the most boring detail possible about his life’s minutiae.
Things like - I clearly remember that I wore a red shirt and blue sneakers
after having French toast for breakfast when I went with Gramps to the park on May 5.
Toot wore a yellow apron as she smoked her fifth cigarette of the day as she stood by the sink washing the plastic pink breakfast dishes....
But, not a whisper about where he was born,
the hospital, the doctor,
family stories about his mother’s long labor, etc.
And the book is overflowing with family stories and lore.
The glaring absence of anything about his birth makes it all the more noticeable.
The CIA hates Obummer.
They have the best resources of any group to discover the truth.
Let us hope they do.

One has to conclude the job has been in progress for some years and the work appears to have been performed skillfully and professionally.
That suggests O is part of a world-class team, that he is only the chosen one and is not at the top of the team. There is wonderful food here for the paranoid and those with imagination.

I agree about the MSM. They are also trying to make the constitution abiding people somehow inferior and to be insulted and accused and swept aside for their very agenda!
Silly,of course “They have no proof”: Obama is not showing the proof and they want to see it. That’s a no brainer!
-and they want to see all the records of his life, too, not just the real BC -if one exists, which he is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars of someone else’s money, to keep hidden from view and examination by the public.
