For many months, AIP affiliates all across the nation have been pursuing the truth about whether or not Barack Obama is constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States. In addition to several key court challenges filed by leaders in the party, our people - regular constitution-loving, freedom-loving, patriotic citizens - have persistently kept this critically-important story alive. They are proving the practicality and viability of our goal of 'becoming the media.'
To date, the American people have been deprived by the Obama faction of every key document that could settle this supremely important controversy once and for all. Instead of simply expending the ten dollars it would take to release Mr. Obama's long-form birth certificate, huge sums of money have instead been spent on multiple attorneys tasked with extending the cover-up.
In addition to his real birth certificate, one that shows where he was born, who the attending physician was, etc., other documents which are needed to get at the whole story also remain under strict embargo: his college records, his student financial aid applications and documentation, and his passport records, to name a few.
For the most part, the question of Obama's natural-born status has been met with silence from the dying dinosaur liberal media establishment. When mentioned at all, it is with the sort of scorn and derision you would expect from any other group of Democratic Party apparatchiks.
Similarly, elected officials in the Democrat AND the Republican Party have met the millions of inquiries from the people they work for with either silence or obfuscation. The reply form letters sent back, even from GOP officials, to the mountain of requests for the redress of this grievance have all pretty much read the same: a pathetic repetition of the Obama faction's lying, long-ago-discredited, talking points. No surprise, I suppose, considering the fact that not one of these people raised a single question when they verified the Electoral College vote, even though everyone was aware there was a major problem with this man's qualifications, and that there was no credible proof on the table that Barack Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States of America, as the Constitution unequivocally requires to be President, or even a citizen at all.
But still, this story will not die. The facts of the case are so simple and straightforward, the constitutional requirement so clear, thinking Americans just cannot be ridiculed into silence by the craven hacks in politics or the media.
The burden of proof that Barack Obama is qualified for office remains on Barack Obama. If those who are supposed to represent you will not demand that proof, it is up to you to do so, loudly and persistently.
In recent days, suddenly, the Left and their minions in the press corps are on the counter-attack. The internet is crawling with disinformation and vile personal attacks by the Obama crowd on those who simply want our Constitution to be followed.
Now is the time for courage and determination to get at the truth. If you love our Constitution, you must speak up loudly and boldly like never before. Don't wait for someone else to speak for you. Speak for yourself. Act like an American.
The flak may be getting heavy, but that can only mean one thing: we must be approaching the target.

Sorry, but that notion is wrong but most people don’t understand that.

That provision in the Immigration Law applied IF SHE WAS MARRIED.
SHE was not married. She could not be married. The LYING COMMIE DADDY WAS ALREADY MARRIED IN A LEGAL KENYAN MARRIAGE.
Therefore, the law pertaining to out of wedlock births to US citizen mothers applies.

I have no idea if he was born in Kenya, or Canada, or in Honolulu. All I know is his COLB is fraudulent. I noted that within days of its issuance. It has been confirmed by two document forensics specialists I trust. is the info it contains accurate? Possibly.
Fraudulence begets suspicion, to say the least. And there is a $12 method for wiping all the suspicion away. Instead he has spent nearly a million dollars in legal fees to keep his long form BC hidden.
I demand two things from a president. He not be a traitor. And he be eligible. On both accounts, the jury is still out.
I just know that if he was born in kenya, couldn't someone actually check and see if his mother had a passport at the time of his birth? When you get a passport, you must state where you are going.

You're right, they have absolutely no proof. Because Obama didn't provide his birth certificate. The whole issue is that Obama could stop this in an instant if he wanted to.
I am not a "birther", I.E., I don't assume he was born in Kenya, but skepticism is normal and Obama appearing to deflect and cover-up the issue doesn't help...
Wasn’t she from Kansas? The timeline of Hawaii may not be any factor. The age 18 vs 19 may or may not be a factor.
But first he needs to produce PROPER documentation.
The COLB contains too little detail of information.
I don’t allege it is a “forgery”. It may or may not be legit. What I do point out is that the COLB is NOT a birth certificate as needed for any of a number of pieces of federal paperwork.

we live in a country where we can ask our leaders questions, see and we are the boss, not them, see, and they have to answer us with respect not laugh at us and call us names, get it?
The guy has been asked to show it and instead runs off in the middle of the campaign and has it sealed, see, and refuses to show it. Kenya has monuments to the guys claiming he was born there.
We are Bambi’s boss. We have demanded his birth certificate to qualify him for the job and he refuses. We are going to fire him for insubordination and that is about the size of it.

The only way Barry could have been a UK citizen is:
Born on British soil
Mother went to Kenya and had a marriage recognized by Kenyan law - a customary marriage - which could have happened.
The UK law changed after that to state that any such marriage prior to 1971 was VOID if one party was domiciled in a country such as UK or US.
Unclear how that would effect someone who already had a UK passport when that law was passed.
Btw, it gets even more complicated in Kenya as to who could have a tribal or customary marriage.. BLACKS/whites/and mixed

That is a great question, because the answer may disturb some who are just now coming to the issue.
1. There is no reason for anyone, including Congress, to believe O is a U.S. citizen - let alone a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution.
2. The paper trail that most of us leave during our lives is a complete blank in O’s case.
3. O told one U.S. court he placed his BC on the internet; there is substantial evidence the only document at the site he indicated is a forgery.
4. O has expended much effort and money in law suits to avoid being compelled to produce documents that would support his claim to be a U.S. citizen.
5. The Congress meets in a Joint Session early in the January following each presidential election for the sole purpose of receiving and verifying the work of the Electoral College. The Congress pursuant to 3 USC 15 calls for objections to any votes presented by the EC, and if there are any it reviews the objections and either accepts or rejects the votes. The Session concludes when the process is complete and the Congress has announced the winner of the election.
6. Congress did not make such a call in 2009 but nonetheless accepted the votes for O.
There is an argument concerning the fact that O had a Kenyan father. That is important if the classic view of natural born is adhered to.
Further, it seems clear O had foreign citizenship well into adult life which also violates the traditional view of NB.
Unfortunatley, these two arguments could be easily dismissed by a dem-controlled Congress.
However, the location of O’s birth is not nearly as easily dismissed, if at all.
