House to continue Energy Bill Debate with Possible Vote Today
Later today, the House will continue general debate on the American Clean Energy & Security Act, Pres. Obama's climate change legislation. The bill centers on a renewable electicity standard, encouraging the use of renewable energy and a cap-and-trade policy.

This bill is an abomination. The people who want this are enemies of America.
So okay, here’s my little rant.
THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANYONE TO BE UNDECIDED ON THIS BILL!!!
In fact, I have more respect for those who have DECIDED on the bill, even if the decision is to vote FOR it. That includes the pubs, which this BONO woman is as I understand it.
Those still calling themselves UNDECIDED might as well put a big sign on their back....”I AM FOR SALE”.
Because they not only are able to make up their minds on this issue which is not all that complicated, but they are effectively saying...”make me an offer”.
These people have no shame.
Is he/can he filibuster the bill? I think the more time goes by, the more people will be watching this from work!

John Boehner is so damn ineffective. Droning on and on reading sections instead of a prepared rhetorically-strong list of arguments.

That’s what I said when I called the legislative director for my Congressman Vic Snyder. I also mentioned that the 3 other Reps in our state and a candidate who’s running against Snyder have already said NO to cripple and tax.

Right now House Minority Leader John Boehner of OHIO is literally going through the bill and RIPPING it, I mean REALLY RIPPING it to shreds.
Boehner impresses me. Sometimes I think we might really have an opposition party. Damn, even Pakistan has an opposition party.
Just need to find his tanning booth is all.

Boehner is a good guy. Been a solid conservative minus one vote. I would vote for him for anything.
