WASHINGTON – A bill approved by the House of Representatives and referred to the Senate would prohibit federal employees of executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence – legislation at least one group suspects is designed to protect Barack Obama's elusive birth certificate from release.
The legislation, HR 985, resides in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Sovereignty Alliance has issued a "red alert" about the bill it calls "stealth legislation ... to protect Obama from providing his birth certificate."

Really? Doofus GW Bush signed off on the McCain-Feingold campaign (un)reform act of 2002, even though he admitted that it was probably unconstitutional and therefore would be declared to be unconstitutional by the SC. Guess what? The SC ruled in favor of it and now there are stringent laws in place that prohibit ads within 60 days of the election from identifying candidates (especially incumbants) from being identified as pro-abortion or pro gun control, etc.
Believe me, if this gets passed, that Obooooooombi usurper POS will never be forced by any court to reveal his KENYAN birthplace.

Work with your state legislature to pass a STATE law requiring Presidential candidates to provide documentary evidence of eligibility before being placed (a) on the state's official ballot, and (b) before the electors of that state give any candidate the electoral votes of that state. That can be done before the election of '12.
(8)And while you're about it, agitate for repeal of the 17th Amendment and try to redress the terrible imbalance between State and federal government that has bent our democratic republic beyond the framers' recognition.

I saw that movie recently, my wife and stepson considered it wildly funnty but I told them that it is too close to real life for me. I didn’t find it funny at all, I was too busy trying to decide what figure in government most closely resembled each character in the movie. Actually I think the idiots in the movie were smarter than our current cast of characters.
They might have been stupid, but at least they loved the country.
The major problem is that EVERYONE has known about this even before he was “elected”. But NOT ONE PERSON in authority of any kind including the SUPREMES will deal with it. WHY??????????? This is what has perplexed me also. WHY will absolutely NOBODY do anything about this? The United States Supreme Court or the Bush Administration could have made a HUGE deal out of this but everyone has ignored it. It is OBVIOUS that something is really wrong. Every President preceding this fraud has not only proved his citizenship but also produced his educational records, criminal records (if any) and medical records. Obamanation has refused to produce ANY OF THESE??? There is definitely something to hide and it’s big. The country will suffer greatly and perhaps irrepairably if it isn’t dealt with.
