If you glanced at the expense side of the report filed Wednesday night by President Obama's campaign committee, you might be excused for thinking there was a presidential election afoot.
Obama for America, the fundraising juggernaut that powered Obama's ascent to the presidency, spent nearly $9.5 million in the first three months of this year, including $684,000 on telemarketing and print and online advertising, $994,000 on event staging and $310,000 on payroll and taxes.
To be sure, some of the payments stem from bills accrued in early January — or even the end of last year — before Obama took the oath of office, and others come from normal shut-down costs. Plus the campaign committee is no longer raising money; it came into the year with $18.3 million in the bank and finished the first quarter with $10 million on hand.
Yet the report shows that Obama's campaign continued to be of use well after Election Day and suggests it still maintains some semblance of operational capacity.
Last month alone, it paid $74,000 in payroll, $23,000 for rent, $10,000 for polling and $6,400 for travel.
Other interesting payments during the first three months of the year, the period covered by Wednesday's report, included $688,000 in legal fees to the firm of Bob Bauer — the top lawyer for the campaign, the Democratic National Committee, the Obama political group Organizing for America, and the Obama family — and $6,400 to a firm founded by Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.
The report also shows that Obama for America contributed $4 million to the DNC in a pair of contributions in February and March, and refunded $16,700 in contributions to individual donors.
At the end of last month, it was carrying $329,000 in debt, including $15,300 to the former firm of White House political guru David Axelrod.

No, I don’t have a pic of BO and SCOTUS, but I’ve seen it and I think know what you are referring to. Obama was photographed playing a courtesy social call on eight of the nine SCOTUS justices a day or two before his inauguration. As was pointed out then, the justices’ hobnobbing with Obama, a party and/or a critical figure in several cases pending before the SCOTUS, violated the canon of judicial ethics.
2. You said you hadn't read anything about Obama paying for lawyers-hence the article you were pinged for. Read it. It means Obama paid to defend against the lawsuits. That refutes your statement. You are wrong.

Something far more intriguing is going on here, but I am at a loss to even hazard a guess.
That would be the legal amounts shown right there no matter how many lawyers I think.
Plus it probably encompasses all legal matters handled by the firm not just the law suits.
Still I would imagine that at least half if not 500K was on the suits.
I myself would like someone to come up with a concrete amount he spent as well. It would be damn shocking to the American public to see how much he spent to cover up a $10.00 birth certificate.
IIRC, not all the lawyers representing him in the various cases in various states are employed by that firm, BUT I would have to make SURE about that. Plus, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit — not after all the finance reporting irregularities throughout the campaign — if he is somehow attempting to hide the true amount...
While this is a lot of money already, couching it by saying it’s legal expenses for the campaign, himself, his wife and family, and the DNC itself, it kind of lessens the effect.
As you said, the exact amount he has spent would be very valuable in the Court of Public Opinion!
Something I just thought of — Does anyone know if Obama’s ILLEGAL ALIEN FRAUDSTER AUNT is represented by this SAME firm??? After all it lists the “Obama Family” and TECHNICALLY, although not IMMEDIATE FAMILY she is part of the Obama family (which is QUITE large! LOL).
I’ve gotta run for now, but when I get back online I’m going to do some digging about the name of his aunt’s lawyer and see if he/she works for that firm or anything like that — unless someone sees this post and has time before I do, or has already seen info. about this specific situation... This is again only what he is reporting through campaign funds I believe, so he may very well be paying out of pocket or ahem .. filtering payment through third parties. who knows.
We need the other lawyers names to see what they have been paid in this database though.

If you looked at the amounts it seems pretty straight forward.
When he got a pledge for say 156.28 you check the currency exchange for that day and see that it would equal like 150.00 on the nose from Saudi Arabia ...
Nobody pledges odd numbers in dollars and cents.
If you look at the months and end years results and such from the other candidates to match up and see what is happening I bet you will get an eye full.
I looked at year ends for HRC and McCaine only and found that Obama was 173,052.52 for “legal services”
while Mccaine was 28,812.54 for “legal consulting”
and HRC listed 9,823.20 for “CONSULTING/LEGAL”
Services vs. consulting and there is a hell of a difference there at years end for each main candidate.
Of course months would have to be checked, but we could come up with an average that candidates spend vs. what the big zero spent and make a pretty good guess that the difference is the birth certificate defenses i think.
Does anyone see any flaws here in my plan to get a best estimate of how much he actually spent?

I am also very interested in the Reno cashier vendor. Reno you go to do funny money business. The business license laws are very lax and people go their to hide. Lots to look up.
obama is a thug. he is the worst kind of thug to threaten a military veteran who ask a simple document be released.
The threat of course is what obama has been having done lately and that is ask the court to have the plaintiff pay all fees. Eventually obama will have all lawsuits thrown out as frivolous. It is only time and the judges will oblige.
I would never pay a dime until obama shows the document. the court has no proof for their judgements so they cannot rule one party is right or wrong.
