Out of the gaze of the mainstream and even the conservative media is a flourishing culture of advocates, theorists and lawyers, all devoted to proving that Barack Obama isn't eligible to be president of the United States.
Viewed as irrelevant by the White House, and as embarrassing by much of the Republican Party, the subculture still thrives from the conservative website WorldNetDaily, which claims that some 300,000 people have signed a petition demanding more information on Obama's birth, to Cullman, Alabama, where Sen. Richard Shelby took a question on the subject at a town hall meeting last week.
Their confinement to the fringe hasn't cooled the passion of believers; the obscure New York preacher James Manning turned up at a National Press Club session in December to declare the president "the most notorious criminal in the history not just of America, but of this entire planet."

I was going to add this in my response to you, then I saw that you said it later in your post. Yes, I’m thinking if some info gets out (yes, validated stuff), that the makeup of Congress will change. Possibly the new congress people might vote to impeach. Not something I would bet on, but it’s a possibility.
Mainly, I just want the validated info out. So much gets hypothesized on threads, and then people who read it start thinking it’s a fact, and it all gets very confusing. What we *know* about BO is very little - and that’s by design. I have no idea what the truth really is, but by golly, I want to know! It’s disgraceful that someone could get elected to the presidency in such a way - the perfect environment for a trojan horse!
Why don’t you post an article about Obama’s transformation of our culture into his idea of a global socialist utopia? If you were a conservative, and not an Obama paid blogger, you might just do that.

SHe could have gotten a copy of the long form Actual Birth Certificate. What she has is an abstarct. In the state of HI only the principle or relatives can get ahold of the original BC; hence such docs are always “sealed” to other people.

Now my question is, did Ann play it safe and conscientious by registering baby Obama’s birth at a US Consulate somewhere to guarantee his citizenship or did she tried to pull a fast one by rushing back to Hawaii and registered him as home grown?
At this point, no one seems to know.
I believe/know a very few things:
The CoLB that his campaign released is a forgery.
Someone risked jail time to forge this document.
It takes all of half an hour on the 'net, and about $25-$40 to have a legitimate certified copy of your own BC delivered within a week. (I know this because I just did that very thing last month)
Therefore, I conclude that there must be some compelling reason to falsify his BC.
The compelling reason that comes to mind is that the real document would kick him out of the running for being the most powerful man on earth.
From this I conclude that his true documentation shows one or more of the following truths:
• He was not born in the United States, and is therefore constitutionally unqualified for the job. This is a show stopper. There is no way to "fix" this or inoculate himself against this, or win over voters on this issue. It is the premier campaign killer issue.
Therefore, I regard this as the most probable explanation for the deceit.
All the other possible reasons are much lower grade:
• His BC shows that he's a bastard. Although this might be personally embarrassing, nobody cares, a goodly fraction of the electorate is in the same boat, or closely related to someone who is.
• His birth name isn't Barak Hussein Obama. So what? We already know his his name changed when he was adopted in Indonesia. People can and do change their names, it isn't a crime, or even particularly shady.
The only question it really raises is why did he chose a muslim name? That's rather easy to explain away - he took his genetic father's name. Who can argue with that? Especially when muslim names had some popularity among blacks who didn't know just how deeply involved muslims were in the slave trade.
• His real birth certificate lists his race as something other than "African". This would be more of a problem. His whole campaign is founded on his being "the first black president" come January. Still not lethal to the campaign, but it would be awkward to 'splain away.
• There is something else embarrassing on his official BC.
Like what?
There could be nothing conceivably embarrassing about:
His time of birth
His birthday
His city of birth
His county of birth
His island of birth
His religion (It's not even listed)
His mother's race
The date it was filed
A few things could be a slightly embarrassing:
The serial number? Maybe? Suppose it's really 151-1961-000666?
His father's name wasn't listed. Not terribly unlikely if he and Stanley Ann split up before he was born. No one cares.
His mother's maiden name. Suppose she really did use her Anna Toot drinkin' ID to get married? Would that really suffice as a reason for someone to risk jail time by falsifying his documents? More to the point, would it disqualify Barak? I don't think so. If anything it could be played for the sympathy vote, young naïve Stanley Ann trying to do her best in covering up the mistakes of her youth. Mother's maiden name listed as Anna Toot? Yawn.
That leaves the big enchilada: His birth name. Was it really the noble and exotic Barak Hussein Obama II?
Or was it Mortimer Snerdly Toot, hmmmm?

In my recollection, it’s the 1st time
I’ve seen a legitimate mainstream source
(they’re on the cable shows and quoted
by them all the time) touch this issue,
which is why I posted it.
It’s obvious that it was done cynically
and very superficially and to give credibility
to BHO’s silence and marginalize those “fringies”
who are upsetting the Messiah because they haven’t
drunk all the KoolAid.
You can’t legitimately hide all the stuff on the
blog sites and the buzz below the radar on all
the lawsuits, especially the ones that now have
military and retired military members supporting
the quest for answers to some of the key questions.
So what do you do?
You write about it, but in a very mocking,
derisive tone. There .. you did your little
‘journalist’ job of covering this silly little
flea of a trivial issue raised by the un-hypnotized.
But, they didn’t deal with the issue in any
substantial manner ... they just dumped all
over the questioners and got folks on the
record who were willing to label and personally
attack them.

Why didn’t they report on this very reputable conservative
attorney’s reasons FOR being involved and representing
Alan Keyes about this? Why is that factor left out of the
whole picture?
If you want to barely touch on the subject to say it
was covered and mock the questioners and make them out
to be loonytunes, you do it just like Politico did.
Slanted? Their computers must have to be propped up
so they don’t slide off the desks.
I say, keep on being the fleas that irritate and
aggravate until the scratching becomes unbearable.
All I want is to see the issue of natural born
citizenship and authentic eligibility for the
office, allegedly being the son of a British
citizen, settled once and for all by a legitimate
and fair court = hopefully, SCOTUS.
There is everything right in American citizens,
voters and military members expecting a judicial
resolution and clarification of this most
critical presidential issue, IMO.
