Over a trillion dollars of pork! Marxist/socialist big government boondoggle pork!! All of it debt. Over a trillion dollars of new back-breaking debt on top of the trillions of dollars we're already on the hook for!! On top of the trillions of dollars of unfunded social security and medicare debt that is coming due. And this is just the down payment.
It cannot and will not work. Yes, if we allow them to go down this road it WILL be bigger than the Great Depression. They'll continue pouring trillions down the bottomless socialist RAT hole until the country is bankrupt, until the entire world is bankrupt!!
Our country will not survive all out Marxism once it takes hold. Our two centuries of freedom will be ended by out of control big government Marxist/socialist control freaks!!
Get on the phone. Get on the fax. Send emails. Visit their offices. Protest in every city of the land. Do not allow the Democrats to wipe out our freedom!!
But, right now there are four senators that should be targeted. Three of them are Republicans. Concentrate your fire on Collins, Snowe and Specter!! These three weak-kneed RINOs deserve to hear from each and every American citizen whose freedom depends on defeating this Marxist Porkulus bill which threatens to overthrow our freedom. Make no mistake about it, this IS a Marxist Coup D'état!!
These three Republican senators can stop this thing if they would only hold the line and vote NO with the rest of the Republicans. And at least one Democrat is worth targeting. Feinstein is weak on the Democrat side. Call them. Call them again. Email them. Fax them. Visit their offices!! Protest outside their offices. Reverse it now while we can!!
Use your freedom of speech while you have it.
Porkulus is only their first strike. Robbing us of our first amendment protections through the fairness doctrine is the second. Opening the floodgates of immigration (new socialist Democrat voters via amnesty) is the third. Massive voter fraud via ACORN (which Porkulus funds) ensures one party Democrat rule forever. And finally, a massive gun grab will ensure they are never tossed out via the final recourse provided us by the Founding Fathers.
So they think.

I have been trying Collins, Specter and Snowe all week—their mailbox if FULL everytime. Guess I’m going to have to send a POSTCARD!!
Next is Sen. Martinez. I think he's okay, but I want to stiffen his enchilada a little.

OK, here is my letter to Sen.s Boxer and Feinstein. (Before you flame me, remember you catch more flies with honey...) Oh, if you want to, you can cut and paste and use any part of it as necessary. Fight on and let your voices be heard fellow patriots...

I am a Democrat and I have always admired you. I am very, very concerned about this “stimulus” bill. From what I am seeing there is so much that economically is not stimulus oriented that I fear we are saddling our children and grand children to the extent that we will ruin this once great Republic.
Please reconsider. The people of California are counting on you to consider your conscience with the same vigor that Senators Snow, Specter and Collins have. Surely not every Democrat with a clear conscience can see the exact same way. I have a graduate degree in economics and an undergraduate in government. One tells me quite clearly that much of the burden undertaken from this bill will not stimulate the economy but will end up in a round about way as pet project funding. The other tells me that no one can vote on a bill that is over 400 pages on Friday night if they have not received it to read on Thursday night.
This is a travesty and the American people deserve better. Vote down this bill and start with a fresh bi-partisan effort that concentrates only on jobs through real direct stimulation and spending through tax reduction to average families.
I have watched you over the years. I know you have independent principles. Stand up now. Be the patriot I know you are and work either behind the scenes or with your vote to stop this railroad job. There is always time to deliberate and do this right. Even Jefferson and Franklin took weeks to deliberate as the British marched against New York, Boston and Philadelphia.

Wow, there must be some serious faxing and emailing going on. It’s so difficult to reach these people. I used one of those free faxing sites, and just got two emails that told me both numbers were busy after five tries, so they were not delivered. I have tried sending emails using the contact forms, and they won’t go through. I’ve also gotten errors just trying to get on the Senate website. They must be getting deluged.
I called mine, They said, He was for the bill, I said how can you vote for something before you read it? All I got was he is PRO the bill.

I called both CA Senators and my local congressman to say it is unlikely I can convince them to vote against the “economic recovery act”, but to do their job as legislators and READ the bill and hold hearings.
I’m angry about the Pork, yes.
But I am LIVID at the Socialized Healthcare provision that they’ve attached to this Bill! This is the SINGLE, MOST DANGEROUS program to EVER be foisted upon the American people! PERIOD!
They don't want to hear from you.
Now they can say that they got many emails and they were mostly in favor.
I think they delete emails that are castigating them for being anti-American traitors, and then let more come in.
They continue to do this until they have 99% or so supportive emails to bolster their lying backstabbing selves.

Same from both Maryland Senators. Rejects. I told them I’ve been supporters in the past (hahaha), but not any more!
I emailed Snowe, Spector and Collins...very short messages:
“You are a traitor and a disgrace!”
This whole thing has my blood boiling!
Jim, I think it would be pointless. They are living the dream they’ve had for decades. They control the federal government now, and they want socialism...ipso facto this nation will become socialist.
And we thought slick was bad! This is a nightmare!
