No, I want to spend some time to do it very well, get on-camera interviews with the people involved, certified copies of the records, etc, so there can be no doubt about the matter, be paid very well for my work, and then fly First Class to Bangkok on Singapore Airlines, then go lay on the beach in Phuket for two weeks, drink great liquids, and remember to thank you every day for everything!

>>>>A natural born citizens parents are both citizens at the time of birth.
I’m sorry, but your answer is legally incorrect. There are many other ways. I send you a filed brief on it later.
Did you really sign up here to spread disinformation about our non-citizen president?
Are you here to “cool the marks?”
No, my answer is legally correct. It is as defined by the person that created the term. The term has only constitutional meaning; it has no other purpose.
There were also few birth mothers named "Stanley" back in those days. I imagine an ob-gyn might find that kind of memorable.
S.301 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
Citizenship is acquired , and "naturally born" is a prima facie assumption. So the question is what is "Unaturally born?"
Many servicemen and women have children abroad foeign postings, and this is how they obtain citizenship. But it would be rather gauche to suggest that hey are NOT naturally born in most instances of citizenship law contests involving the issue ( ie. qualifying for an SS number etc.) Of course one of the areas where that definition is an issue is in Article II , section 1 of the constitution.
There is a reason it is not defined. It simply has not had to be, yet.
Perhaps an Obama case will do so.
This business of worrying about dollar amounts for legal expenses is just a distraction. The Usurper has a defense team and, presumably, he pays them what their work is worth. But not very much, perhaps, if they use Fatcheck as a source of documentation!
He’s been bounced already.
No offense but that announcement don't cut it. Anyone can put that announcement in whether they were born there or not. In fact, the address on that announcement is suspect, as the neighbor of that address has lived there since before 1961 and claims Obama's NEVER LIVED THERE.
It is THIS KIND OF BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT that you want. That link is from an Indianapolis paper, which always, I repeat always, posts births from local hospitals. And its the HOSPITALS who submit the data.
Now if you can come up with THIS KIND OF NEWSPAPER BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT for Jr. maybe we can get somewhere.................
The BC thing is new to me. I will have to search on it.
Thanks for bring it up to my attention.
Take care,
John
Anything I can do to help!
I agree with the Dr who said that he would not remember who the babies were that he delivered 20, 30 years ago. Also, many half black babies are very light when they are born. It could well have been impossible to notice any black in him at all as it is today.
Good point; maybe the Obots just e-bomb judges until the laugh the cases out of court. Low cost but effective.
Where can you have been hiding? Its been the hottest issue here since June. ;o)
B.O.’s behavior isn’t exactly consistent with the “reasonable man theory,” is it?
Re: “No offense but that announcement don’t cut it. Anyone can put that announcement in whether they were born there or not.”
Do you have a source for that statement? My understanding from visiting both paper’s websites is that today, they require proof of birth (copy of BC). In 1961, they took their information directly from the Health Bureau Statistics. In other words, they did not permit parents to submit birth announcements based on information that the Health Bureau - not parents - submitted to the paper. (You can even see at the top of at least one of the announcements, that the info came from the Health Bureau.)
Sorry - runon sentence! I meant ... In other words, they did not permit parents to submit announcements. They only published birth announcements based on information that the Health Bureau - not parents - submitted to the paper.
Hawaiian citizens, and citizens of other states, have a legitimate need to register the births of children born outside the country. This ability does not mean that the birth certificate will LIE. The place of birth is the place of birth. Obama's says he was born in Honolulu.
No, there is no legal requirement that the parents be citizens. A "natural born" citizen is one that has citizenship by birth.
"A person born here to non-citizen parents can only be a citizen if those parents were here under a resident alien visa, and thus having surrendered to the laws of the United States, IOW, there is no such thing as an anchor baby."
US law is that a child born in the US is a citizen, regardless of the citizenship of the parents.
