Attorney Philip J. Berg will appear on The Andrea Shea King Show Friday night at 9 ET to discuss the status of his pending cases: Berg vs. Obama [2 cases 1 under seal] and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama.
I believe it is tomorrow 1/31, right?
What does 1 under seal mean?
But will it impress Obama voters?
What does 1 under seal mean?...
It means the case can not be discussed in public by the court officers.
Here is actually some details on it.
Does that mean the attorneys?
I guess what I was trying to ask was who sealed it? The judge? Why would it be sealed when noneof the others have been? Does that mean there is something very important or considered more serious by the court?
Looks like that link is no longer there and has been scrubbed by someone.
The link won’t open....just goes to a blank page that says “Done”
Actually in this case the law specifies itself that cases of this type must be sealed for at least 60 days
The case said that Obama as a US senator received compensation and was not allowed to because he is not a NB Citizen, required for US Senators also.
The law was designed to allow people to report people or companies not providing the government the contracted items or work.
Thank you for the information. That was confusing to me.
LOL! The chase will continue by any and all means
Wouldn’t showing a $10 birth certificate and saying “neener neener” be worth it
Keep this thing going. The fate of the Republic depends on it!
Linky no worky? Other source?
Nothing appears at this link.
I saw it. I just went to yes to democracy. It seems Mr. Berg may be in a bit of trouble.
TONITE! Friday the 30th at 9 pm ET —
Thanks the UTC time from the website got me mixed up.
I’m happy that Berg continues to push the issue! One of these cases will break through.
Berg says FOX news were following him around filming but nothing made it to the network news.
Future use I suppose.
Interesting development. Well, FOX “might” be the news station to make it a primetime cover story.
