A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama's family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.
Jorge Baro was hired by WND to investigate issues related to Obama's birth amid allegations the Democrat does not meet the Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural born citizen."
Baro's affidavit documents an interview his staff conducted with Beatrice Arakaki, who has lived at 6075 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu since before Obama was born.
The affadivit is at the center of a federal lawsuit filed prior to the November election in Hattiesburg, Miss., before U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett. The suit is one of several yet to be adjudicated that calls for proof of Obama being a "natural born citizen" as required by the Constitution.
Baro is the in-house senior investigator for Elite Legal Services, LLC, in Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

That is something that bugs me about this whole thing. An unwed mother was a scandal back then, a white unwed mother with a black child........that would have been a disaster. People definately would remember it, AND it would have been the headline in the gossip web for months.
I've been arguing this for weeks with Obamabots who use the birth announcement as some kind of proof that he was born in Hawaii. Forgetting the fact that it's generated from registrations (false or otherwise), it has questionable credibility: his mother and "father" weren't married at the time and based on reported statements his mother didn't live at the address listed. She presumably lived with her mother or the father, neither of which lived near the address listed in the announcement. It's amazing that it takes a PI to look into this.
The story is that Ann went there with Barak’s father. As to the passport, he traveled to Pakistan at a time when Americans were prohibited from going there. Therefore he would have had to have a passport other than American.
Yeah, you follow this a lot closer than I do, but still former neighbors of Ann and Senior don’t remember? Seems odd to me.

Why does this not get more attention? It should be looked at as some form of espionage, a crime against America! Who knows what next?

Who are these people? I've been following the BC mystery for a long time, and this is the first I've heard these names. How do they relate?
Never mind, I just found a post from explaining who they are.
She went there to be with the baby's supposed father, and she went before her third trimester. She tried to come back toward the end of her third trimester and the airlines wouldn't allow her to fly during that time.
She was an 18-year old college student in Hawaii, knocked up by an African who was already married, marries him anyway after her first trimester. Surely something concrete would document her visit to her "husband's" tribal homeland. Postcard home? Air letter to a best friend? Call back to Mom and Dad in Hawaii with the charges reversed? Hospital records from Kenya?
Also, what about Barack Sr's travel records and passport? Surely they too would show evidence of his trip to Kenya during the middle of the year.
It is far easier to assume that she stayed in Hawaii to have her baby than a phantom trip to Kenya, with no proof she was there except, again, some toothless old African women.
Don't get me wrong -- I'm on your side here -- but the "having the baby in Africa" story doesn't hold water without additional evidence.
Refusing to release more than a backdated COLB from 2007 of course makes things very murky. This could have many other explanations, such as his mother deliberately giving up baby Barack's citizenship when she married the Indonesian.
We know where Obama was born in Kenya, but nobody knows where he was born in Hawaii.

Berg is supposed to have all kinds of documentation from Kenya and England that has been submitted to the Supreme Court as part of his case.
Years from now this is gonna make a hell of a movie.

I’m afraid your (and everyone else’s) argument about her being in Kenya is the weak one. She was a Hawaii resident, she was in college in Hawaii, etc. So someone claiming she was in Kenya (12,000 miles away, halfway around the globe) instead is the one that must prove she was there. Your logic here is laughable.
Berg’s evidence must not have been enough — the SCOTUS declined the petition.
I guess my only reason for replying is to try and convince some of us Freepers to stop dreaming that Obama will be denied the office. We are seriously looking like tinfoil folks ourselves.
