I’d a sentenced him to an hour or two of Barry Manilow...........
You can lead a man to a 2004 San Patrignano Colli di Rimini Cabernet Montepirolo, but you can’t make him put down that Thunderbird.
Maybe he makes more than $6.75 an hour .
Cruel and unusual punishment PING.
It wasn’t the music, Vactor said, he just needed to be at practice with the rest of the Urbana University basketball team.
“I didn’t have the time to deal with that,” he said. “I just decided to pay the fine.”
Ping
He couldn’t go for baroque.
I wonder how the judge would know whether or not he listened to the classical music. It sound likes he had to sit with a probation officer at the court while listening to it, so maybe he just couldn’t afford to spend 20 hours at the court building.
I would sentence him to a week of listening to “One Tin Soldier” (Theme from Billy Jack) by Coven.
Slim Whitman or that other notable chanteuse: Yoko Ono./Just Asking - seoul62.......
Stupid is as stupid does. There’s a whole world... no, a whole universe out there this this basketball child is oblivious of.

“a judge offered to reduce that to $35”
No thanks, judge-man.
I can cut a-buck-fitty in 2 hours sellin rock on the street.
Peace!
“..if Vactor spent 20 hours listening to classical music by the likes of Bach, Beethoven and Chopin.”
Pearls and swine.
Perhaps “Tiptoe Through the Tulips” by Tiny Tim would fix him right up.
Sentence him to an hour of Yoko Ono and he’d do anything you wanted! Heck, make it a half-hour!
If he couldn’t Handel Beethoven, I’m betting he’ll be Bach in court again soon, busted, Baroque, and Haydn in a Cage.
