The real ticket for change this election is the McCain/ Palin ticket.Boy, he probably should throw in the towel and become one of us now.
This is strong against Obama -- Schumer and Reid must be crapping about now!

In all fairness Clinton vetoed it twice, but he approved it during an “election” year.. Had he not, Bob Dole would have been President..

Liebermann certainly isnt getting the response Zell did in 2004 but it aint bad.
This is not a red meat speech as Zell’s was... this is intended and aimed STRAIGHT at the independents/ moderates/ swayable Democrats.
Excellent job, too.

Lieberman is doing well. He isnt speaking as a liberal. I think his speech is important after Obama marched out several fake Republicans saying they where supporting him. He is speaking as a seasoned statesman, not as a partisan politician.

Lieberman could not do it with the gravitas
and emphasis vocally that Fred did. I think
Fred was the PERFECT man. LOVED seeing him
tell this the dramatic history.
What actually happens to POWs isn’t something
the younger generation hears much about today.
I hope millions heard what sacrifice, honor and
love of country really mean.
Think about it: over 5 years of brutality and
torture.

note to DNC:
Find the over-exuberant drunk shouting “Yeah! Yeah!” and move the mike away from that area tomorrow night. Please! Please, before Palin speaks.
The people in his delagation should shut him up.
