Strickland Says Obama Lacks Substance on Economy Sunday, August 17, 2008 COLUMBUS - Just days after lowering expectations on his ability to deliver Ohio for Barack Obama, Gov. Ted Strickland renewed criticism today over the lack of substance coming from his party's presumptive nominee.
"I particularly hope he strengthens his economic message - even Senator Obama can speak more clearly and specifically about the kitchen-table, bread-and-butter issues like high energy costs," said Gov. Ted Strickland of Ohio. "It's fine to tell people about hope and change, but you have to have plenty of concrete, pragmatic ideas that bring hope and change to life."

He's a black separatist, a street agitator, an Alinsky acolyte and he's just enough of a Muslim to salve the sheeple who demanded to know “Why don't they Like Us?” after 20 muzzies from Saudi Arabia stole a few passenger jets and ran them into the WTC, the Pentagon and a field in Shanksville, PA - killing a lot of relatively helpless air passengers, cops, firemen and office workers.
He's the perfect candidate for the typical liberal who views the world through their prism of childlike hand wringing and feet stamping - demanding that the United States finally gets what's coming to it. You cannot carry on a rational discourse with a liberal because they are pathologically illogical. Liberalism is a mental disorder. Liberalism is a disease in the truest sense of the word.
As a Michigander living on the border, I can say that Gov. Strickland is not bad for a Democrat. There are some good decisions coming out of Columbus...better than Taft.

Actually, it was the Strickland camp that told Obama he will not get Strickland as his VP. I believe Strickland is saving himself for Hillary.

I have never been a big McCain fan and I swore I wouldnt vote for him. Of course I dont want an Obamanation in the White House so I grudgingly decided to pull the level for McCain but now I am so certain that McCain has Ohio in the bag that I can go back to writing in my conscience.
